Welcome to the ultimate lakeside retreat, a charming haven nestled along the serene waters of Lake Cortez.
This beautifully appointed two story home offers three spacious bedrooms and two and a half pristine bathrooms, with a Queen sized sleeper sofa provided to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Enjoy your morning coffee looking at the lake on 1 of the 2 decks. There is a gas grill located on the upper level deck off of the living room.
Lower deck offers a porch swing and a large sized tic tac toe game.

On the main level you have the main living room/ dining and kitchen area fully stocked for meals. The master bedroom/ bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a 1/2 bath located on this floor.
Downstairs you will find a second living room area with a TV and a kitchenette area offering a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a mini refrigerator. There is a 2nd full bath between the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and the other has a Queen. The sofa in the living room also turns into a Queen sized sleeper sofa.

*Be careful entering Living Room from upstairs Kitchen and from Entry Way, there is a step down that is marked with yellow and black caution tape for warning

*There is a Tesla Charger in the garage for guests to use


Out back you will find a straight level pathway leading down to the water where there is a boat dock and a swim platform with a ladder for easy access into the lake. Perfect spot for fishing, if you have a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased for a small fee at Walmart located on Hwy 7 outside the West gate. There are also 2 kayaks provided for guests to use as well as life jackets that must be worn. They are located in the closet downstairs.

One is located right outside the front door and the other one is located out back facing the water

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
