"The Pelican's Perch" is a beachfront studio condo sitting on the white sand of Anna Maria Island, just steps from the gulf waters! Our condo building provides a heated pool, private beach access and free on-site parking. The newly renovated condo unit is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable king bed, full-size futon, kitchen and one bathroom, making it an ideal beach getaway for couples or families with younger children.

The Pelican's Perch is similar in size and layout to a large hotel room with a king bed situated in the living area, a double-size futon, a counter height dining table for 4 and a 50" wall mounted television. The entire western facing end of the condo is glass, offering full views of the beach. The sliding glass doors open to the large balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee, and afternoon sandwich, your evening beverage or a family card game!

Small compact kitchen features a full-size fridge, two burner cook-top stove, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you'll need to cook small easy meals if desired.

The bathroom has a tub / shower combo - hair dryer and starter set of toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

Clean, comfortable and as close to the beach as you can get!

This was a very special get a way with my daughter and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Started every morning with coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins to beautiful days spent on the beach. We will be booking with Josh again for sure!

We absolutely loved this gem! The room was perfect, had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was not only helpful, but super quick to reply. This is a beautiful spot to vacation. To wake up every morning and look out at the beautiful turquoise ocean is great! We stayed 10 days and there was never to much foot traffic or was it crowded. Nice quiet area. And the room was very clean. Absolutely loved it.

Perfect place for a couple or small family. Very chill and plenty of room on the beach to set up chairs. The condo was very clean and had simple kitchen things to use. It was great to have the full size fridge as well for loading up on groceries and drinks for the week. The pool was great when taking a break from the beach. I lived that you could still see the ocean from the pool. Lovely place. Would 100% recommend!

The Pelican’s Perch is just about as perfect as it gets. For starters it sits right beside the Gulf waters. So there is no need to drive to and from the beach and to drag all your beach stuff with you each way. The swimming pool right outside is beautiful and has the cleanest, most pristine pool water I have ever seen. The condo is an end unit on the second floor and is extremely quiet. An elevator is a bonus for young and old and literally drops you off less than ten feet from the unit’s front door. The balcony is comfortable and offers a great view of the sea. The bed is big and quite comfortable. The a/c worked great and kept the entire condo cool. Pelican’s Perch is a studio that combines a living room and bedroom together that functions just fine. The smart tv is loaded and the kitchen is adequately equipped. Josh, the owner, has even provided beach chairs for your comfort at the beach. So, with all this condo has, and all that Anna Maria Island has to offer, a visit here is just about as perfect as it gets.

5 stars! Perfect location right on the beach!This studio was so cute and modern with the furnishings and decoration. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into the property to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Balcony faces the beach and pool. The pool area was nice and clean. I would highly recommend and would def return!
