Located on a dead-end road and surrounded by trees, the property feels peaceful and secluded, with an open landscape, private pond, and plenty of room to unwind outdoors.



Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for easy gathering. A cozy wood stove offers a warm central gathering place for cold nights, while sliding doors connect the main living space directly to the deck and hot tub for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The comfortable first guest room features a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with standing shower with the living area. Down the hall, the beautifully renovated primary suite is a true highlight, offering a king size bed, soaring ceilings, a soaking tub, separate shower, water closet, and a private office space for work-from-home stays.

A bit further afield, Kingston is becoming a stand out for dining - book a table at Chleo, Sonder, Mirador, Eliza, or Brunette Wine Bar. New Paltz is a bustling college town with a wide variety of offerings, explore the busy main street for fun shopping and dining options.

Getting Around:

Wild Sage Cabin is just 2.5 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-87 S, NJ-17, and NY Route 209. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.
