The living room anchors the chalet with a massive 100" flat screen TV with all your favorite streaming services — perfect for lazy mornings or movie nights after a full day on the mountain. Board games, card decks, and even a Pac-Man arcade station and giant Connect Four game tucked in the hallway keep the energy fun for kids and adults alike.



The dining area features a stunning live-edge walnut table that seats 8, positioned directly in front of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountain panorama — making every meal feel like a summit celebration. This chalet is set high on the hillside to maximize those extraordinary views — and getting here is part of the adventure. From the parking area, guests will navigate 50+ stairs down to the private unit entrance. We recommend packing light on arrival day! The views are absolutely worth every step.



Additional notes: One reserved parking spot with visitor parking available. Pet-free property. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. One of four units in the building, each with a fully private entrance.



★House Rules★

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire condo, including the open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, and the private outdoor porch with panoramic mountain views. Entry is self-check-in via keyless access for a smooth and convenient arrival. One designated parking space is provided near the building, with a scenic staircase of 50+ steps leading down to the unit’s private entrance. Guests will not share any interior spaces with others; while the building contains four units, each has its own private entrance to ensure privacy throughout your stay.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and easily access nearby attractions. The condo includes one designated parking space near the building, with a scenic staircase leading down to the private entrance. From here, it’s a short drive to local ski resorts, hiking trails, golf courses, and outdoor recreation throughout the Mount Washington Valley. North Conway Village is approximately 15 minutes away and offers shopping, dining, and entertainment year-round. During winter months, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended, as mountain roads can be snow-covered and icy.
