The space flows easily into the kitchen, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig for easy mornings and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table for four provides a comfortable place to sit down together, whether you're sharing breakfast before heading out or winding down after a busy day.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Street parking also available where permitted.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into home with a partial of driveway,

o (2) located at the side door and actively monitoring the walkway up to side of home.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
