Inspired by travelers we have been hosting guests since 2008. Having had my own hotel, together with my husband - married since 2009 - from Belgium, we have build plenty of experience to assist any guest to Siem Reap. We master communication in several languages and know the ever-changing city of Siem Reap and the activities and sights in the surrounding very well. I'm friendly outgoing and care to hear every visitor is at ease. I'm very available and ready to assist anywhere necessary. I oversea the rooms and common areas prior to your arrival. I'll be the one personally welcoming you on arrival whether at the airport or at the villa. I'm also sending you our groceries list, so you can have what you require setup prior to your arrival at the villa. I'm at the head of the concierge team ready to provide any arrangements and to ensure the quality of your stay with us. Together with the villa team we have setup a great menu for food or set menu's for lunch and dinner. Feel free to ask me what is required, I'd be happy to assist in any way.

The House of Color NYT is set in a tranquil residential street 2.2 km from the Old Market — a deliberate choice for a property built around silence, creativity, and contemplation. The neighbourhood feels unhurried and local: no traffic noise, no crowds, just the occasional sound of monks chanting from a nearby temple. Siem Reap's galleries, restaurants, and heritage sites are only minutes away by tuk-tuk, but once you step through the gate, the city completely disappears.

This villa is a work of art you live inside. Inspired by brutalist architecture and given a Cambodian soul, the property combines raw, honest materiality with bold colour and carefully curated artistic objects. The 1,130 m² grounds feel spacious for just two to four guests — a private retreat for couples, artists, writers, or anyone seeking genuine solitude. The 2.5 × 15 m saltwater pool runs the length of the garden, perfectly oriented for long, meditative swims. A library, shaded sitting areas, a BBQ patio, and a full kitchen ensure total self-sufficiency. The House of Color also welcomes small events and creative gatherings — its spaces photograph beautifully and inspire conversation. The Rose Apple concierge team is on site to handle everything else.
