Now with A/C in every room! All rooms open to the private terrace, which overlooks the trees of the residential area and the hills. Conveniently protected by wind and sun, and set up with sofas and a large table, the terrace is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all year round. Large availability of parking.

The apartment includes two bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm) and plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen & living room, and a large terrace overlooking the landscaped residential area and the hills. The terrace offers an elegant seating area and a large wooden table. Protected from the sun in the summer and the wind in the winter, it is the perfect place to enjoy your staying.

We provide sanitized sheets and towels. We can provide a travel crib for a child under 3 year old.


Location

The apartment is located in a quite and recently built residential area in Chiavari. The city center can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. There is ample availability of free parking by the property.

Chiavari is a medieval town that has maintained its prominence through the centuries, it is one of the most beautiful and active city centers in the region. It is a splendid place for tourists to discover but also a lively town for year-long residents.

The beaches in Chiavari are well maintained and ideal for families and visitors of all ages. The beaches are a few minutes away by car or by bike, or about 20-30 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Chiavari is also a great base for visiting the entire Levante Ligure. The villages of Cinque Terre, Moneglia, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita, Portofino, and the city of Genoa are within 15 to 50 minutes by car or train. We would love to share with you our favorite spots.
