The space
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for small to medium-sized groups, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. Ideal for a weekend or week long stay where you can spend time relaxing, exploring, and visiting family or friends.

The townhome is located in a small, quiet neighborhood off Brightside Dr. and includes convenient parking in its own two-space covered carport. Additional parking is available in the guest lot located right next to the home!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to whip up a meal, including: utensils, dishware, bowls, pots, pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, measuring cups, aluminum foil, olive oil, canola oil, and basic spices. There is a coffee bar offering K-cups and coffee pot as well as tea and a tea pot.

After a fun day out or a busy workday, rest comfortably in our bedrooms. BEDROOM 2 is located on the first floor off the main living space and has one KING sized bed and a large walk-in closet. It is also connected to the first floor bathroom via a walk through “Jack and Jill” closet. BEDROOM 1 is located on the second floor and includes 2 queen sized beds and a private bathroom and closet. Both bedrooms have 40” Roku televisions.

The BATHROOMS are located on the first floor with an entrance off the main living area and connected to bedroom 2 by a walk-through closet (there is a door that can be closed to separate the bedroom & bathroom from the rest of the space) and second floor in bedroom 1. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths and make up towels, as well as hair dryers and other amenities you may have forgotten to bring with you!

Our home offers 2 LIVING SPACES with high ceilings and lots of natural light from 2 large windows and skylights. Watch your favorite movies or shows on the 55” tv with Fire Stick, enjoy a game night with board games or cards or simply snuggle up with a good book for a quiet night!

For longer stays or the results of our Louisiana humidity, we have a washer and dryer with provided detergent and dryer sheets.
