Modern but cozy house in a great area of downtown! Quick drive to LSU and easy to get around to local attractions. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is a great house that is conveniently located between downtown and the LSU campus. The host was very proactive and responsive and we had an excellent stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in downtown Baton Rouge! The home is truly charming—beautifully maintained, warm, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better: close to great restaurants, local attractions, and all the energy of downtown, yet still peaceful and relaxing inside.The host was absolutely fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches made the experience even better.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and great hospitality. We’d happily stay here again!

This house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and appointed so well. The beds were very comfortable and had very soft linens! The host made sure there were little extras like hand soap in the baths along with extra toilet paper! The kitchen had light and dark coffee with creamers provided! The host went way and above to make the house comfortable and beautiful!! I highly recommend this property!

LSU College Tour

Stayed 2 nights with family to tour LSU as a potential landing spot for my daughter. The home was exactly what you see on the pics. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was near downtown and just a few blocks from the Mississippi River. Just the right location for a few of my family members to explore the nearby sites while my wife and I toured the LSU campus with my daughter. Our stay was short but very enjoyable. If my daughter decides on LSU I will definitely be renting this home in the future.

More comfortable that home!

We were in town for a long holiday weekend and had a fantastic time largely due to our VRBO rental. Lance was a great host, communicated everything we needed to know, and was responsive with a quick question. The house is beautifully kept, clean, and comfortable (the bed is so comfortable I'm hoping he tells me the make). I will definitely be rebooking with Lance next trip to Baton Rouge!

Lots of thought and care went into creating a great space for people to enjoy. It is of the utmost quality and not your average short term rental. This home's location is fantastic. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and near most of Baton Rouge's main attractions. There are restaurants, bars, casinos, museums, entertainment venues, the Mississippi River, coffee shops and so much more all within walking distance. You're in the middle of it all without being in the middle of it all.

You'd be in the prime location for a visitor to Baton Rouge. Most everything you would want to do will be just minutes away. If you have an event downtown, this home will beat any hotel! Trust me, I used to work in them!
