Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Ritz-Carlton Club residence on Great Bay, St. Thomas, USVI. Available June 20-27, 2026. $1,400/night or $9,800 for the week.
Here's the value: a standard room at the Ritz-Carlton hotel next door runs $800-1,000+/night for one room. You're getting three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, in-unit laundry, and THREE private balconies — for a bit more than the same nightly rate. Split among 6-8 guests, you're looking at $1,050-1,400 PER PERSON for an entire week in the Ritz-Carlton tradition, with full use of all resort amenities you get at the hotel. One note on pricing: the Ritz-Carlton charges all non-member renters a one-time $250 rental fee, plus a $25 per night USVI environmental impact fee ($175 for the week). Total additional fees $425, collected by the Ritz at checkout. I’m disclosing this upfront so there are no surprises. The rental rate itself is $1400 a night or $9800 for the week.
The unit sleeps up to 8: two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two twin beds (easily converted to a king), plus a pull-out sofa. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Twice-daily maid service included.
Amenities include: 4 pools (adult and family), 2 kiddie pools, 3 hot tubs, two private beaches on Great Bay, tennis courts, 24-hour fitness center, spa services, daily yoga, kids' activities including a weekly "Dive-In movie" viewable from the pool, multiple restaurants and bars including Alloro (Italian/Sicilian), Sails (American on the beach) and Coconut Cove (barefoot oceanfront/poolside eating) room service, and access to a 53-foot catamaran for sailing and snorkeling excursions.
Great Bay is exceptional for snorkeling directly off the beach. Kayaks, paddle boards, and sailing are available on property. St. John and the BVI are a short ferry or boat ride away for day trips.
No passport required for St. Thomas or St. John. BVI day trips require one. Direct flights from most major hubs including Miami, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, New York, and more.
June in St. Thomas: highs in the low-to-mid 80s, trade winds keeping it comfortable, and far less crowded than spring break weeks. For families with school-age kids: perfect timing.
This is the only week available—once it’s gone, it’s gone. Direct owner rental. Message me with any questions.
