This room was so nice and clean! We loved all of the space and having a full kitchen and big refrigerator was so nice! The beds were so comfy!!!! They were the best we’ve had on vacation in a long time and possibly ever! We loved being able to hear the waves from the porch. The property itself was beautiful and very quiet for the most part. Food was better at the main hotel next door. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic vacation spot

Extremely clean, great service, 1st class condo, nice views. Transportation was convenient. The excursions on the boat (Lady Lynsey) leaving the Ritz was awesome and their staff was awesome.

Everything was clean and service was great. I was really excited to sit on the balcony and look at the beautiful view of the ocean. It is an “ocean view” room however, it was on the 1st floor and so with trees, bushes, and being at ground level we did not get the view we thought we were paying for. Another thing to mention is the amount of mosquitos around our door entrance. Every time we would come in, we would spend the next 15-20min killing mosquitoes around the condo. They did spray around our door the first day, but that only helped for that night. By the end of the week, we would walk around the building and only use the back patio entrance to avoid the crazy amount of mosquitoes. The pools were great, spa was great, and the unit was clean inside

Pest control and maintenance of the property are handled directly by the resort, and we appreciate that their team responded when the issue was reported. We understand how frustrating it must have been for the mosquitoes to return throughout your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that despite these concerns, you enjoyed the cleanliness, service, pools, spa, and your overall time at the resort. Great view

The view on property is amazing. Very close to red hook (can not walk there), quick drive/cab. Front desk very helpful getting cabs. Service at restaurants/bars on the slow side. Unit had everything you need. Beds comfortable, very clean, maid service daily and very safe property. Would say some of the furniture is getting a little outdated for the price and name of Ritz Carleton. Properly manager great to work with and was easy check in.

Great family Resory

This property was everything as described in the online description. Before my arrival, I had some questions and the property manager answered all my questions, even called me so she can answer in detail. She followed up by emails with suggestions of restaurants and services in the area. It was very helpful. The suite was pristine, clean, nicely decorated and the service at the resort was top notch. Highly recommend!

First visit to U.S.V.I. For Spring Break

We were 2 adults and 2 teen girls (17 and 18). Great property, amenities, and service. The unit had a great view, comfortable and a well supplied kitchen with daily housekeeping. We went scuba diving and LOVED the beach pick up by Low Key. Enjoyed a sunset catamaran cruise, the Spa, and a day in St. John’s. We ate on property and in Red Hook. Lots of really good food! The Ritz is a beautiful, well maintained property. While the check in/out process at the Club seemed hectic because they only do Saturday to Saturday reservations and there were a lot of families with the Easter week, it was very organized and we were able to leave our bags on both ends of our trip and enjoy the beach and pool while waiting for our room and after we had checked out. Staff is warm, courteous, and helpful! We also found same in the many cab drivers we encountered. We will be back to the U.S.V.I. !!

Amazing place!

We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and the ritz did not disappoint! We had a fabulous time… the place, the resort, the service…everything was perfect! We would absolutely come back. Even with children it would be fun to hang out and plenty of things to do. Thank you!

Very nice property

Very nice property and very clean. Would love to go back. Only downfall was the Ritz does not offer grab and go type dining such as pizza or ice cream which would have been nice. They do have 3 fine dining type restraunts on property but ceaser salad was $20.
