Enjoy year-round water access, plenty of outdoor seating in classic Adirondack chairs, and a swim pier perfect for sunny afternoons on the water. Fire up either the propane or charcoal grill for lakeside cookouts, unwind around the gas firepit under the stars, or explore the shoreline with the provided kayaks.

Inside, you’ll find every comfort of home — TVs in every bedroom, plus large flat-screen TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features two refrigerators, ample cookware, and dining space for everyone: seating for 8 at the main table, 5 more at the kitchen island, 10 at the outdoor dining table, and an additional 4 at the porch table.

Dock: Boat slip is not available for guest's use. Mooring whips are installed on dock for guests to tie boat up. 2 kayaks for guest's use.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
