The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. This condo features many new updates for 2024. The primary bedroom has all new coastal style furniture & decor and a brand new mattress. The living room has a new sleep sofa and many other upgrades for your enjoyment. Things to Know The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Turn key, just bring your tooth brush >All bed linens were in unit for no additional cost >Kitchen was well stocked with everything, even a toaster and mixer >Really a three bedroom, just no door on the third bedroom … great for kids >Direct TV >Great views of the ocean and the bay from the balcony

Nice Place!

We always worry when we travel about what we will find when we arrive...hard to know from pictures online, but this unit was great! Kitchen had updated appliances, bathroom showers were roomy especially the master! It was clean and bonus that they took care of the linens. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good unit at Sea Watch.

Clean and comfortable

This condo is very convenient and a great space. Communication was immediate and everything was lovely. A suggestion might be to write directions on how the Tvs work. We figured it out, but took a little time.We all had a wonderful time and the view was perfect. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

Sea Watch 1105

Loved the view from the balcony and the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you need to make and serve simple meals. The tile floors made cleaning up a breeze. Also loved that we didn't have to bring linens and towels unless we wanted to do so. The one drawback was that the furniture wasn't very comfortable and the mattresses were very hard. Definitely would stay again but bring a mattress pad next time!

Seawatch 1105

The condo was average however there was an impressive amount of cookware. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pullout couch was mainly just laying on springs. Overall the furniture is worn out. Love that there is no carpet, makes it easier to clean and sanitize. We enjoyed the amenities the Seawatch offers and the ease of booking/check-in/checkout.
