Tout mis à jour nouveau et magnifique. 2 chambres donnant sur la piscine, chacune avec 2 lits queen-size confortables (2 NOUVELLES EN 2015 et 2 nouvelles en 2016), 2 grands placards. & 40 'LED & 32' HDTV's (Voyez l'océan depuis votre lit dans la chambre principale) 2 salles de bains luxueuses avec double vasque, marbre et carrelage.

Cuisine ouverte avec appareils plus rĂ©cents et bar pour 4 personnes. SiĂšges de table 6. MĂȘme une machine Ă  glaçons Sub Zero Fresh dans le bar chic! Carreau de 16 pouces partout. I've never been to Ocean City so not sure what other places look like but this was was in the perfect location, riggt on the beach. Constantine was amazingly responsive from the time I booked to the time I left. The condo was super spacious, awesome balcony with patial ocean view and very comfortable furnishings. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it wasn’t very clean and some of the linen was unusable so we didn’t use one of the beds. We also couldn't use the televisions inthe bedrooms due to missing remotes in one and just couldn't get the other to work.Overall our stay was awesome and I would consider staying here again.

We rented this place for a last summer weekend with another couple- so 4 adults First the pros: great beach access, 2 parking spots, pool was fine, and great overall neighborhood/ restaurants within walking distance.Cons: this place is listed as “completely renovated” which it is not. It also states non-smoking and the detailed instructions at check-in emphasized no-smoking or you pay large cleaner fees. No worries we don’t smoke at all- hence renting a smoke fee unit. The new sofas pictured are not there, instead 2 old sofas that smell like someone chain smoked on them for 20 years. The hallway leading to the unit - the windows are covered with cardboard and tape- or broken open screens. when you open the door to the unit you are met with an overwhelming stale smoke smell.. not from the previous renters.. but long term chronic smokers The property manager - confirmed prior smokers lived there. There were no less than 5 Oder removers in the unit and he stated he has used ionizers on the unit. The beds smell from the stale smoke- his solution.. run the AC and fans and open all the windows. If you are a cigarette smoker.. maybe this is the place for you. If not, I would avoid. Bedspreads old with holes and blinds looked like a cat scratched them- holes. Popcorn ceilings abound, no remote for TV in back bedroom.

Property needs to have some updates in places. I was depending on hairdryers in the bathrooms. One didn’t work, the other started smoking and sparking when running a couple minutes. We unplugged them for safety reasons. It’s great they have so many things available, but some clearing out is needed. Location and pool is great.

The location can't be beat. It's just steps away from the beach. Well appointed as far as amenities. The main beds were very comfortable, but the pull out sofa was not very comfortable. The bed linens are starting to show some wear, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

Great Condo, location and Very close to the beach! Our family had a great vacation. It definitely helped having towels, linens, kitchen amenities already there in the condo! The big ice maker near the wet bar was awesome!! There is always ice on hand! The owner is very nice and responds quickly! Overall great condo!

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly and promptly responded to all of our questions, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great getaway

Owner was responsive throughout, from booking until checkout. We had a few questions/issues that he promptly answered/addressed. Place was as described, including many extras like coffee maker, big ice machine, coffee/creamer, in addition to expected glasses/plates/pots.Furniture was functional and comfy. Balcony great view with table/chairs. Plenty of parking and good location.

Broken castle

A few things were broken , it is very dated and could definitely use some upgrades ,, location was fine and considering I booked last minute and accommodations were available I want to express my appreciation for that. Fantastic Family Vacation!

Positive experience

From the making of the reservation to vacating the property, we were well treated and our expectations were met or exceeded. Being on the ocean was enjoyable and convenient. Visiting in the early Fall allowed us to avoid the summer congestion.

Great 2 bedrrom 2 bath right at the beach access. In the middle of everything! Could have been a little cleaner for my taste, but wasnt overly dirty. Only downfall is limited hot water in the showers.

Good things..Location, view, and size of the condo Bad things..Couch, rips in each seat cushions and on one arm. Needs replaced Cleaners did not do a good job. Found a clump of black hair on the shower drain. Sandy floors. Keys hard to open door. Chamber seemed to keep slipping.

Great location

This property is right on the beach and had great parking. My family had a good time but there were a few issues. The lock box to get key for door was not easy to open. Once we got in the smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling and peeping. When I texted the owner he did not seem concerned. The shower in one bathroom did not work. The Keurig also did not work. There was sand on one bed and I had to sweep the entire floor. The laundry room was being used as storage so I had to move everything to do the wash. The couches are old and need to be replaced. That said, the owner was very nice and the property was very spacious. We did enjoy our time there.

July 14th OC Trip

Our group consisted of 8-10 post graduates who were looking for a long weekend of relaxation and that is what we found with this property. The listing is exactly as it is in person with a perfect location in terms of beach access and the middle of OC. Plenty of beds were available along with two couches and plenty of toiletries and linens. As for the price you could not get a better bang for your buck and Constantine is good at communicating back with you. Other amenities include two parking spots, pool access, deck with seating, two bathrooms, ice machine and others. This apartment was perfect for our friend vacation and couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, extra blankets, and towels. Plenty of space in kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Lots of closet space and drawers to store clothes. Pool was clean and property was quiet. Family friendly building.

Steps to beach!

Excellent stay! 5-stars! The condo has a reliable elevator and the building is steps from the beach, easy access to the sand and sea. The bedrooms are large, with two Queen beds in each bedroom and some extra space. The unit boasts lots of kitchen supplies and small appliances. The place is filled with mirrors, allowing for more ocean views through some of the mirrors. The balcony is on the side of the condo building and you have a view of the water from some parts of the balcony. It is not a full ocean-front view. The pictures posted on the site were accurate. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and we loved hearing the ocean waves, especially from the bedroom at night. This part of Ocean City is narrow. It is a quick walk across the street to see the sunset over the bay. We would watch the sun set over the bay and then watch the moon rise over the ocean. The kite-flying on the beach was great too. The TV in the living area is large and works well. Overall, I recommend this rental!

Nice condo

Loved our stay at the oceana II! The condo was very nice and clean. Loved how close it was to the beach! It's in a perfect area, close to good restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.

We bought this condo because we felt we could make it the best on the beach. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1352 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. Our family wanted to use it but it has been so popular we have not been able to use it ourselves but 4 nights in the past year. We also own #393106

50 ft to the beach, lots of space, won't feel crowded, lots of light, everything quality and new, this is not your typical beach place. PLEASE READ THE GUEST COMMENTS.
