The Space:

Airy and offering a prime location right on the beach, this family-friendly, waterfront condo is definitely the best choice for your next escapade to the beach! Spend lovely evenings resting in your private, beachfront balcony with a cold beverage in hand, or snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV with cable for an entertaining time with your loved ones. This condo’s fully-equipped kitchen has every appliance you could think of to make cooking a breeze. It includes a convenient dishwasher that will take care of things once mealtime is over. Another great convenience is an on-site washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and access to a community outdoor pool. Things to Know No pets and no smoking, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Comfortable and convenient to the beach and our favorite OC locations

Very comfortable. Very convenient to the beach and our favorite restaurants and "must-dos" at OC. Close as possible to the beach path and to parking for this unit. Great pool for the kids.

Location is great

Location to the beach and parking is great! Condo and balcony needs some TLC. We had to cover the couches in clean sheets to feel comfortable with the babies and toddlers napping on them.

It's very convenient. The parking is very close, only one flight of stairs and you're at the door. Literally steps from the beach. The pool offers a cool refreshing experience after a hot day in the sand.

Great location but some updating needed.

The location was absolutely the best! There are some updates needed though. The mattresses on the beds could be better and the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable. Also, the internet was not working properly the entire time we were there.

Nice location

This TH had a lovely ocean front location, however it was in sort of rough condition. You could tell it has been a rental unit for a while. Not a terrible experience by any means, but we were thankful for nice weather while we were there so we could spend lots of time outdoors.

We have a family of six and a hotel with multiple rooms and noisy neighbors was not an option. We were so pleased to find Ocean One 101 right on the beach, private in the fall, allowing a short stay, with a beautiful master suite.

Will definitely be back

When we went it was off season. So there were barely any people and it was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back. The times in some of the business plate wrong around the area. Be mindful. But the house was amazing. Even with a few hiccups, Our stay was perfect

Beautiful unit

Beautiful, comfortable unit in great location. Convenient, covered parking. Easy beach access. It’s a bit dark - more lamps in the main living area would be an improvement. There was no remote available for the electric fireplace, which would have been nice in chilly October. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I would rent this unit again.

Excellent location with beautiful view

The condo was large and the balcony and view were great. The parking spot was directly under the unit so close for brining up luggage. The cleanliness was acceptable. The island was covered in streaks and smears from unwashed cleaning solution. The couches were extremely comfortable, but appeared old and stained. The furniture could use some updating but it worked for us. Overall a good stay and good location in OC.

Ocean One

Nice beach-ocean front condo. All appliances and AC worked great. Place was clean and included bathroom and kitchen toweling also bed sheeting, blankets, pillows. Plenty of room for whatever you bring. Some updated furniture and electronic passcode front door lock was added. Shared condo pool had clear water and was clean along with a clean pool area.

Terrible experience

This property is managed by Vacasa who are terrible to work with. It’s impossible to speak directly with anyone. Will never stay in one of their properties again.

Beautiful view and breeze on the deck. The location was good . It was very roomy and well furnished. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was to be replaced so couldn’t lower the temperature too much , so it wouldn’t freeze up, and stop working. The dryer stopped working on the 3 day and the repairman was unable to repair it. The microwave had something burned into the glass, that couldn’t be washed off. We still had a good time considering these mishaps. Our concerns were dealt with right away.

Very nice

Property is as advertised. Solid view of the ocean (since the garage is under the building) and could easily hear the waves. Beds were comfortable. Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Proximity to pool and parking spot were excellent. Stored beach stuff in our car since we walked by it on the way to the beach and it kept sand out of the condo. Didn’t miss climbing the extra floors or waiting for the elevator. We had 2 small issues. They did not clean the garbage can and it was pretty gross. And the shower in the guest bath didn’t work right but they sent someone out to fix it.
