The Space:

Located within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and across the street from Northside Park, this inviting, second-story condo is a real treat in North Ocean City! Spacious, sunlit, and stylish, this vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining table and chairs, and a seaside-inspired living area with a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted TV for streaming your favorite channels. Work remotely from the beach! A desk and office chair provided, plus high speed internet. Step out onto your furnished, wraparound balcony and dine al fresco or just settle back and enjoy the sunshine and salty breezes off the ocean.



When you're not off playing in the surf or lounging on the sand, you and your guests will also have access to a ground-floor, outdoor pool.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location! Fireworks were amazing!

Great location right across the street from Northside Park. We were easily able to walk to the park and watch the Fourth of July fireworks plus very easy access to the beach on 125th Street

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is close to the beach, North Side Park, and most of the restaurants we like to visit. We look forward to staying here again!

Very nice, updated condo in a great location. Will definitely return! Vacasa was also very responsive when we had a slight maintenance request regarding the sliding door. All in all, a wonderful vacation with our friends.

Great location overlooking Northside Park and walking distance to lots of classic OC treats-- Uber bagels, Fractured Prune Donuts, Crab Cake Factory, Dumser's ice cream and lots of restaurants. Short walk to the beach and plenty of convenient parking!

Very comfortable condo in a great location! Plenty of space for our family of 5. The place was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the park is awesome - got to enjoy the sunsets over the bay each night. Great view of the fireworks on Sunday evenings in the park. Will definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We go on a family vacation each year. This was our first vacation with our baby grandson. The location was great. The property was very clean the condo beautiful the wraparound balcony was perfect beautiful park across the street fireworks on Sunday and we had a perfect view right from our balcony perfect view of the pool the location was perfect, we would definitely stay here again

Excellent property with ample space and location

We loved that our airbnb was well furnished and had enough room for 6 although we were just 4. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was very clean. Everything essential was provided and I am disappointed that we couldn’t spend more time there.

Great Condo!

Cozy but not cramped condo! This was a really nice condo with a nice kitchen, cozy and comfortable living and dining area, and two bedrooms with King Beds which was great for two couples! Also, it had a great wrap around balcony with a perfect view of amazing fireworks! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Thank you to the hosts we had a great week!

Great Location, Great Condo

The condo is in a great location right across the street from Northside Park in Ocean City, a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the Bayside. The condo layout is perfect. It’s open with large wrap around patio, and 3 separate bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Family gateway 4th of July

This was a great vacation home. The apt was nice and clean and it worked perfectly that everyone in our party had their own room. Able to sit and people watch from the balcony. Love that the park was right there and enjoy a quick run or a leisure walks. The best part was able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony during the 4th of July weekend. Will definitely be booking this place again.

Great condo and great location

We typically stay near 139th or even in Fenwick. We decided to try a different location this time and absolutely enjoyed this condo. The pictures you see on the listing is what you see, no surprises. Aesthetically the condo is bright, very spacious, modern, but homey. The kitchen has everything you need, having access to laundry is great. The new mattress in the master bedroom is comfortable. Northside park is across the street and you can see the fireworks from the wrap around deck. It's walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, and the beach. We will definitely stay here again! This was a great find!

The place was clean and in a great location. I would stay here again. Being close to the park with a safe walking path was great. My only negative comment was the laundry service did not deliver the linens. They did get a different service to deliver the next day but the bedding for the one bed was too small.

Summertime in OC

The elevator is always sweet to ride, so you don't have to climb steps. The suite was cozy and comfortable. The wraparound balcony was amazing and the views from different angles were nice. This location is perfect, with the surrounding restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also we are a few steps from the park. If you go during firework season, which we had a pleasure to get a great seat to watch the fireworks. The rooms were spacious and it was great to unwind in the jetted tub. I have stayed at Lorelei in the past and I would come back again.
