AUCUNE rue à traverser et AUCUNE étiquette de plage à craindre. Un endroit merveilleux et propre pour les familles en vacances chaque année!

Nous sommes heureux de fournir à nos clients des produits gratuits: 1 rouleau de serviettes en papier, mouchoirs en papier, sacs poubelles, assainisseurs d'air, savons liquides, serviettes de table, ensemble d'articles de toilette de départ, sel / poivre, détergent à vaisselle, sacs poubelles et bien plus que d'autres les condos ne proposent pas. De plus, nous fournissons des chaises de plage et des parasols pour nos clients!

*** Nous offrons également un service de linge qui signifie que tous les lits seront faits avant votre arrivée! Les propriétaires fournissent également des serviettes de bain pour la semaine, ce qui est un autre avantage pour nos clients et moins à emporter. ***

Vous trouverez l'unité 202 du Dellwood sur la 71e rue. Il est très pratique et se trouve à distance de marche de plusieurs boutiques et restaurants du centre-ville. Il est également à quelques pas de la promenade passionnante avec golf miniature, amusements et bien d'autres activités. Ocean City, MD propose également Springfest, Sunfest, Winefest, Oktoberfest, salons de l'automobile, semaine du vélo, salon nautique, salons de l'artisanat, concerts et films sur la plage et certains des meilleurs terrains de golf autour. Profitez du transport en bus offert par OC, MD pour seulement 3 $ toute la journée. (Recherche Google - Calendrier des événements MD)

Pendant la saison estivale, nous préférons les SEMAINES COMPLÈTES en juin, juillet et août, mais envoyez un e-mail au propriétaire pour votre demande.

Wonderful place!

Such a great place for families! Close to the beach and boardwalk. They offer so many amenities which is extremely helpful! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and made our trip that much better!

This was the perfect place to stay for Oceans Calling. The host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and much bigger than expected. We had no issues with staying here. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet street and was close to good restaurants and takeout.

It was everything that it was advertised to be! Perfect location to the beach - could come and go as needed. Perfect location to restaurants, ice cream, markets and mini golf. Roomy inside with 3 nice bedrooms and all the amenities you will need. And Sharon is an awesome owner - great communicator and excellent person! Would love to come back again!!!

We had a small girls weekend away. The home was clean, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect to the beach. I loved that there were chairs and umbrellas to use - so convenient! Amazing weekend at the beach

Sharon’s home was exactly as described - a perfect summer home situated right next to the beach. Stayed with three couples and we all had the best time. Highly recommend and hope to be back next summer.

Family Friendly, Easy Beach Access, Great Stay

The listing was exactly as described and the host was communicative and attentive.Easy beach access and parking right in front of the unit. There was plenty of Beach stuff that we really didn't need to bring any of it ourselves and were able to leave most of that packed. Didn't have any issues.

This home was a wonderful find. Spacious for 4 adults and 2 pre-teen kids. Beautifully decorated with all our essential needs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice front porch to hang with friends/family. Peaceful vacation spot with everything you need!

This was a wonderful spot! The location is fantastic—perfect for families who want to escape the OC crowds while still being close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions! The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

The condo was great and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The only negative is the parking. The available spots were in an alley and if you parked in one, then you’d be blocked in. We had to play car shuffle a few times. But other than that, we had a great time!

Unfortunately this small 4 unit condo was built back around 1965 and they did not provide a small parking lot for the 4 owners to park as most condos provide. There is additional free public parking out front as indicated to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. It has always been a challenge and the city will not give us 2 reserved spots on the street.
