Welcome to Casa Arco Iris! Located in the desirable quiet neighborhood of Bravos de Boston, minutes from Isabel Segunda by car.

Your will have your own private salt water pool with a water feature & gas fire pit. The outdoor cabana is equipped with a BBQ grill, fridge, fans & outdoor furniture.

The house can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 & is fully air conditioned to keep your family comfortable! Coffee Bar! The house is also fully equipped for your cooking and beach needs! Snorkel Gear & Chairs!

There are 2 different beach's within a few minutes walk down the hill. On a calm day, perfect for snorkeling. When the waves are up, perfect for surfing and boogie boarding.

* The entrance to the house is on the street level. To enter to the pool you must exit the house on street and use the side pedestrian gate. The pool area is located down 3 levels of stairs.

* Designated parking spot for 1 vehicle off of the street by pedestrian gate.

* There is a outdoor resident cat that adopted the house when we lived there and has since remained. Meshew(typical nickname for cats in PR) is a Siamese with blue eyes, she is wild and will run from you. With much patience and sitting still, she may let you pet her. Mewshew is fed via automatic cat feeder located on lower balcony.

* The house has back up water supply via cistern.

* Guest access
Guests have full access to main level of the house and bottom 2 levels of outdoor space. This includes the pool area and cabana.
House rooftop access is restricted.

**While the home itself is single-level, it is perched on a hillside, with the pool area at bottom level. Guests should be comfortable with stairs and moderate mobility to fully enjoy all the property has to offer.**


* We do not live onsite but are minutes away if anything is to arise.

For those staying longer then as few days, you may see Kevin pass by to provide pool and garden maintenance or to gain access to the garage.
These are below the main house level and would not interfere with your stay. Prior courtesy notice will be given.
