A convenient one-level design featuring a large private deck, this resort retreat offers a living and dining area (with cathedral ceiling), well-equipped kitchen and the master suite (with full bathroom). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Flat-screen TV, keyless entry lock, WiFi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Wonderful Getaway!

Overall our stay was amazing! The home we rented was cozy and had all the things we needed to make the week worthwhile. Great amenities within walking distance, loved having pool access, and the beach was only a short 10 min. walk away.

Clean, bright small bungalow with easy beach and pool access. Nice big, king size bed, comfortable couch, large patio, and wifi and tv worked well. A bit small and dated, but perfectly fine for two for a quick getaway. Would come back and stay again. Vacasa made booking, check in, and check out a breeze - very much appreciated!

Perfect place for A couple looking to go to the beach

This property in sea colony is the perfect size for a couple looking to get away and spend some time at the beach. The place has everything you could need on vacation and came well stocked with things like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Everything was very clean and cozy - my favorite part is the really peaceful and private back deck.

The place was beautiful! It was also extremely cozy and comfortable. It was stocked with everything I could have possibly needed for the weekend. The place is within walking distance of the beach, as well as other community amenities and restaurants. Check in and check-out was seamless and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is checking it out! I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful change in scenery.

Comfortable

The unit was in a very private location and quiet area with a well stocked kitchen. Due to a lack of communication the unit had not been cleaned, but we were swiftly compensated for the oversight. I would stay there again.

We appreciate you choosing to stay with us, Richard, and apologize you were unhappy with your overall experience. This home does not allow dogs, so we're surprised to read about your concerns. More housekeeping staff has been hired which has allowed us to implement a new and effective training program along with inspectors to assure nothing is overlooked in preparation for incoming guests. Hopefully we can host you again to show you the improvements.
