Just steps to the beach and tennis resort community's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level resort condominium features a surfside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Keurig, Wifi. * Notes: This Sea Colony condo offers mini-weeks year round with a 5-night minimum during the summer and a 3-night minimum during the off-season. Features showers only - no tubs. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Relaxing stay

The view and location were perfect. Finding the parking spot was frustrating and the bed was uncomfortable, but the sofa bed was comfy. The place had amazing view and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

Great looking condo with really nice kitchen and living room. Pull out bed better than bedroom bed. Shower pressure a little on the low side. Great WiFi and basic cable tv.

Bethany heavenly.

Perfect quiet piece of heaven. Able to get our toes in the sand, watch the dolphins, saw some Eagles, and in general enjoy some ocean solitude. Great eateries close by. Highly recommend it.

Great beach getaway !

Amazing view, the amenities at sea colony are awesome. Beach was never too crowded, such a quick walk downstairs and up the ramp. Really nice place as well, cute setup, nice kitchen. For this unit specifically, the parking spot label on the pillar faces the back of the garage so I had to get out and look on the ground for our spot number, but once I found it it was easy to get to. We loved it and already want to plan another trip!!
