Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the comfort of your own balcony, which features a cedar dining set and a high-top Polywood table with Adirondack chairs. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, you'll enjoy the panoramic sights of the ocean and the endless horizon. The tranquil sound of waves and stunning scenery make this the perfect coastal escape.

Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person ages four and over each week and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season.

Very comfortable place and furnished wonderfully. We had some ugly weather and found ourselves in the room a bit more than expected but the place was extremely comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Parking is great. Access to beach and pools is perfect. View is wonderful. Complex and community are also great.

Ideal stay with very clean, well stocked, and modern home. The beds were comfortable, the views from the balcony were beautiful. We appreciated the beach chairs easily accessible from the ground level locker. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Check in was easy and Stacy was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Sea Colony East - Chesapeake

Location like all Sea Colony east units is fabulous with easy access to beach and pools. Tram picks up two houses away to take to other side of resort with fitness, tennis and aquatic centers. Unit itself was perfect space for my family of 4. Modern amenities and updates were appreciated. View every morning and evening of ocean were great

Heaven at Bethany Beach

We are returning guests and this is our 2nd year with Stacy
 the property is outstanding and Stacy is fabulous to work with in getting ready to every detail. Just in this first year as owners they have made several updates to the property. They also pay attention to every detail it’s like having a second home at the beach down to the multi port plugins right on your bedside! We love our time here each year and it truly makes my July 4th birthday celebration something I look forward to all year long! Thank you Stacy!

Stacy was amazing and so nice! She was very quick on providing any information that we needed and laid out what benefits that the property had. The property had everything that we needed, and it was an easy check in and checkout process. One of the best we’ve had in a long time. I highly suggest staying here if you need a beach vacation and want to actually relax! We will definitely be back!

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of five (kids ages 10, 10 and 8). Stacy was a gracious host - communicative, responsive and thorough! The home was clean, organized and felt like home, which is so difficult for a rental! It had everything needed, without feeling cluttered. Beds were comfortable and the view was AMAZING! The property matched the description and was even more beautiful in person. It was our first time staying in Sea Colony - I wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities, but the proximity to the beach and downtown was perfect and very walkable for our family!

Fantastic place and host

This was our second stay at this place and looking forward to many returns in the future. The unit is on the 8th floor with fabulous views of the ocean. The place is updated, clean, and is everything you want for your beach trip. Our boys love coming here, sharing the room, and having easy beach access. We’ve been staying at this property for a few years now. Great view and location and always clean and comfortable staying here. I almost panicked when I saw the previous owners had sold as this is always our first choice when renting in Bethany but Stacy was amazing in aiding with transferring my booking and has been very easy to communicate with throughout. Mother/Daughter annual beach getaway

My mom (age 80) and I stayed for a few days. We had a lovely time. My mom just LOVED sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Sea Colony has everything you could want with easy access. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Internet is spotty sometimes on the balcony, but we didn’t come to be on our phones or computers. We came for a relaxing beach trip and it was perfect for us!

Never ending beach view

The unit was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. The owners were always available to answer questions immediately! The area is family friendly and we met some amazing families! The pools are excellent also! Our grandkids had so much fun!

We loved the condo at 805 Chesapeake. The place matched the photos and was located right on the beach with access to several swimming pools. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the condo was clean upon arrival.

Vacation Perfection!

Property was spotless after the cleaners left! Beds comfie, linens top notch, kitchen well equipped, view from balcony spectacular! Showers were updated and drains worked perfectly, unlike other properties we’ve rented! Condo is located close to the pool and beach. Our littles lived their time spent at the beach and had fun playing BINGO and the bonfire with marshmallow roasting and a DJ dance party on the beach. Owners are very helpful and responsive in a timely manner. You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!
