Enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, a basketball court, a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Best Location!

I loved the window-wall in the L.R. providing a close-up view of the ocean and beach! Our location provided easy access to everything, just a few steps to the pool and the ocean beach. The parking space for this unit is the best - a few steps to the building's elevator, and just a few steps to the unit door from the elevator. Reaching the town's boardwalk and shopping district was an easy walk along the beach. I can't imagine a better location for a relaxing and fun vacation anywhere in Bethany Beach.

Celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary!

It was a lovely property, while a little over-decorated with mirrors and pottery, but clean with lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and easy access to the beach. Would go there again!
