This multi-level townhome is a beach-goer's delight, offering an outdoor shed with beach gear, close proximity to both guarded (at the state park) and unguarded (directly out back) beaches, and an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand at the end of the day. You can sip your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom and dine in the fresh ocean air outside on the main balcony in the evenings. Ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and an oceanfront living room with a sectional sofa and a large flatscreen TV. Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are all on hand as well. The two bedrooms - including an oceanfront primary suite with its own TV and bathroom - are on the third floor and an additional sleeping loft is on the fourth level.
