Good stay close to the beach.

Loved being right on the beach. Very nice and quiet location. Could use some freshening up but it’s the end of season so a few cosmetic issues are to be expected.

Great location

The space is perfect for access to all local points of interest, clean, well maintained, and tastefully set up. The proximity to the ocean is absolutely perfect. The only downside was we would've liked to hear more ocean waves and less traffic. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great location. The two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the third floor bedroom was very stuffy with very steep stairs. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pans and dishes. Beach was wonderful and has easy access.

Great location at the beach. Terrific view of the dunes and ocean and easy access to the beach. Easy access to Bethany beach and Ocean City for restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Alot of steps if thats an issue but we didn't mind. Well appointed kitchen, although we ate out. Will consider again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at this Fenwick Island townhome. Easy check-in/check-out. Clean space. Great amenities (our son loved the sand castle building tools!) The proximity to the beach can't be beat (the beach was very quiet/not over crowded) and close proximity to more populated Rehoboth/Bethany/Fenwick Island/Ocean City attractions made this the perfect spot for our family's first getaway in two years!

Second year

This our second year renting the villa! We absolutely love it for the convenient access to the beach and the privacy it offers. The villa itself is always clean and the space is perfect for my family. We enjoyed our second year here and would highly recommend staying here!

Location was truly great! Such a close walk to the beach, complex as a whole was very nice with nice neighbors.Unfortunately the unit that we rented itself did not have the same appeal. We arrived to a key pad that didn't work, the entire unit filthy, stains all over the carpet, holes in the wall covered in ducktape, broken bathroom door and back gate etc. Fan blades and air vents caked in dust. Food in the couch.. Communication was consistent but poor as it's a whole company so you have to go through multiple people to get a response. We did message the host immediately with pictures upon arrival as we always inspect the unit first to be able to report any issues right away as well as keep everything documented. We did refuse to have the cleaning company come back or maintenance come out as we were only there for a few days, and we did not want to have to sit around the condo waiting for them to come by with all of our personal belongings and taking up our vacation time.We requested a refund for one night's stay (we stayed for 3 nights) we were given half of a one nights stay refund, which we felt was not adequate. The pictures look beautiful so I assume they haven't taken updated pictures recently.

OK

This home has a lot of potential— good location and easy beach access. Unfortunately, it was very dirty when we arrived and the management company was invasive during our stay.

Townhouse in Fenwick

Loved the location. Right next to the park. Loved the view and very easy access to the beach. Private parking. The common area was somewhat smaller than I’d like. Was not a fan of the steep staircase. Decor is dated.

Comfortable property

The property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach and side views of the dunes/beach. Only issue was that the electronic code for the lock did not work. That is the only reason I gave the property 4 stars- otherwise it would be 5. I called Vacasa but ended up texting them for help. The response time between texts was not as quick as I would expect.

Dated and damaged

This property was very damaged when we arrived. Holes in the wall, clogged sink, blinds partially ripped down, tv in master did not work. The management company was notified and said maintenance tickets would be put in, but in the 5 days we were there nothing was taken care of. There is carpet throughout the house that is very stained. I was very disappointed with this property and the management company. As far as location, it’s close to the beach, but if you sit outside all you hear is road noise

This property at best is Ocean view. Definitely not oceanfront. There were clean sheets on the bed, but the floor was filthy and the furniture. E. The property manager did finally get back to us Saturday afternoon as we checked in Friday for we thought we were told. There is no property manager available Friday night, which is actually 2:30 in the afternoon. I believe this was a breakdown between Vrbo and the actual property. If this place was listed properly, we would've never used it, but it is ocean view. It's a nice townhouse. Definitely needs some love. Hopefully it gets some.
