The Space:

Enjoy prime beach access and quiet, community living at this beautiful Bayberry Woods condo! This three-bedroom townhome offers guests a convenient and accessible location to explore Bethany Beach in addition to on-site amenities, including a shared pool, tennis, and pickleball courts at the community center. Skylights and ample windows provide strong natural lighting throughout the home's bright interior, while modern amenities like central air-conditioning and WiFi offer convenience and comfort. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the living area smart TV. A gas fireplace provides the perfect touch of cozy ambiance during cooler months. The galley-style kitchen comes equipped with full-size appliances, and an array of seating/dining options are available to meet any occasion. There's barstool seating for four at the kitchen counter, a breakfast nook seats another four, and the formal dining table seats up to six. A parlor room in the back of the house is a perfect place to enjoy happy hour. If you want to sample the local fare, great restaurants and dining options are just a short walk away. THINGS TO KNOW No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. We loved the location, just 2/3 mile from the Bethany Boardwalk. We loved hanging out in the multiple living rooms. Will stay again.

Perfect beach access!

Very pleasant property. Loved the proximity to the beach. Use of the resident parking tag made beach parking a breeze. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice area

We loved the area and the mature trees making it feel homey instead of commercial. The unit worked well for our family and having the pool nearby for the kids was great on days we didn’t venture out. Would definitely stay in the area again

We loved everything about this house! The house was cleaned early so we were notified and were able to check in early. Has everything you need. Was well stocked. Washer and dryer worked great. Air-conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay in this beach house again.

Very clean and spacious house!

The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The distance to the beach was an easy walk. No real outdoor space with the exception of a very small front porch.

Clean, well appointed condo.

This property is clean and has everything you need. Having linens provided and the beds made upon arrival is a great plus! The location is close to everything. The only drawback is the amount of noise in the early morning hours from the convenience store complex directly behind the property, but this is Nothing that the property owners have any control over. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

Was good for a last minute booking

Overall it was a cute place in a good location. Just some confusion made it a bit underwhelming. The pool access was unclear and info was incorrect in listing. The beach gear was old, and moldy, and the listing didn’t clarify what was included in the rental. They daybed was good as a daybed but quite uncomfortable when expanded to a king. When I called to ask questions, it seems like the rental company didn’t know more than we did. I think more info would be better for the renters overall.
