From on-site amenities like an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and nine-hole golf to its convenient location close to Bethany Beach, this waterfront condo has everything you need for a carefree coastal getaway. When you're not soaking in the water view from your private balcony or indulging in on-site recreation, you'll find yourself less than six miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and its surrounding attractions. This second-floor walkup comes fully furnished for contemporary family comfort with features including a full kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. The King Size mattress is a Tempur-Pedic. The screened balcony offers a breezy perch for outdoor lounging. The unit is equipped with streaming cable service and high speed internet. The living room smart TV sets the scene for casual home entertainment. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This unit is not equipped with cable. Community dock and kayak launch are accessible to guests with their own boat or kayak. Kayaks are not provided by the owner of the unit.

Peaceful paradise

Slice of heaven off the beaten path in Ocean View. It’s convenient to town and local beaches, but quiet. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our evening walks with the deer.

Relaxing Stay/Fall Getaway

We had a fantastic stay. The unit was spotless and well appointed in a quiet community within minutes of all the action. We took day trips to Lewes, Berlin and Cape May and relaxed in the evenings at the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed brick oven pizza and pastries from DiFebos and fish and chips at Go Brit.

Our review

Everything was enjoyable and it was the perfect amount of space. As noted our only issues were that the wifi rarely worked and was super slow for the week we were there and that the beds were not the most comfortable but outside of that it was a great place.

A lovely home away from home

Great unit with an even better view. Great location/close to many things and a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable beds, and comfortable outdoor seating as well. It was nice to have access to the pool with the guest passes. We've been coming to the Bethany area for many years and really liked this location. The only suggestion we have would be to get black-out curtains in the bedrooms because light shines through at nighttime. Overall, very pleased with this property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
