Belle copropriété idéalement situé sur la baie située près de la plage. Cette copropriété a la conception spacieuse et belle d'une maison dans un environnement communautaire.

Situé dans la baie de Béthanie, ce niveau seul premier étage copropriété 1100 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes »et une vue spectaculaire sur la baie, possède un accès facile à Bethany Beach et les loisirs dans toutes les directions.

La copropriété est équipée avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, télévision par câble et d'un lecteur DVD et est à seulement quelques minutes de l'océan à Bethany Beach. Profitez de la brise Bay alors qu'il était assis dans la véranda qui donne sur la baie après une journée de plaisir à la piscine ou à la plage. Vous pouvez profiter d'un coucher de soleil depuis la chambre principale donnant sur la baie, si vous êtes un lève-tôt.

Si le golf est ce que vous désirez, profiter du parcours de 18 trous ici à Béthanie Bay ou vous détendre près de la piscine qui arbore une piscine pour enfants et aire de jeux. We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and our fur baby. Super clean, cozy unit, quiet friendly location close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool is beautiful! We're definitely going to stay here again.

Overall, had a nice stay. Location was great. We were comfortable, but not the cleanest in the corners and some of the furniture was underwhelming.

We love staying in Bethany Bay. Great amenities and distance to the beach, town, restaurants, etc. This is our second time staying in this complex and we most definitely will again. As we are a family of four, having separate beds for our boys is key! Among our favorite things to do: kayaking, beach visit, downtown rehoboth and Dewey, and an eating crabs! Great place. We'll be back.

We selected this property because it was pet friendly. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking and parking was easy. The condo was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed to feel “at home”. The condo was located only a few short miles from Bethany. There were bike paths, restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. We would definitely recommend this property and would consider returning again in the near future.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. Nice layout. But my favorite part was the ample supply of quality hangers in the closets. Might not seem like a big deal, but it’s that type of attention to detail that really counts when you are traveling.

We enjoyed our first VRBO stay in Cynthia’s condo. It was just the right place with no steps. Our dog niece loved walking around the neighborhood and making friends. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Beautiful home and great location!

This home was perfect for our family of four and our pet! The unit was exactly as described, clean and even had a lovely view of the water, so we could look out from the living room and the screened in porch to see the boats go by on the water. Walking distance to the lovely community pool was an added bonus. The proximity to local food and grocery was excellent and the ocean was an easy drive down 26. The owner was quick to respond to questions during the rental process and after. Highly recommend!!

This property was quiet and had the amenities needed to vacation with two children. If you are one to eat out for every meal you wouldn't mind the old cooking pans or lack of utensils(forks,spoons etc) This condo was clean although the dog hairs on the couch was a bit bothersome. We enjoyed the friendly neighbors and swimming pool. The owner was very nice and responded back quickly when we had questions,

Thank you for your review Denise. I am very responsive to my guests if there are problems and If you had let me know I would have had my cleaners come and clean the sofa. They should be vacuuming it but sometimes things are missed. BTW I brought a new set of pots down for my guests and extra forks and knifes. Excellent property

Almost everything about the property was perfect. Clean, good location, wonderful pool. The only thing I would recommend is that the seating in the living room around the TV be replaced. It was very written out and uncomfortable - I got a back ache sitting on it. Otherwise it was as advertised and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Nice quiet area

Great location to explore the area from, we enjoyed biking the area from the condo. Easy communication with owner, property was clean and perfect size. Especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Most probably don’t but we like to cook on on vacation and the kitchen supplies could use some upgrading (pots, pans, etc), some have definitely seen better days . Overall it was a great week!

A week at the beach to visit friends and celebrate the 4th

The community is beautiful. It is on the shores of the bay and there are nice areas to walk all around. Everyone was super friendly and there is a lot to do with the golf, pool and tennis right there. Plus Cynthia had everything you need to enjoy the area like fishing rods and beach chairs. We enjoyed taking the dog on morning walks and over to James Farm for trail walks and swims. The condo is thoughtfully decorated in a beach theme and the master bedroom and bath are lovely. You have everything you need to cook, but we didn’t since there are so many good restaurants near by. I hope to visit again in the fall when the area is less hectic, It was really busy on the holiday week.

Great beach condo

We loved our stay. Clean and spacious. Plenty of pots and and to cook. The beach decor in every room was a nice touch. Pool was fantastic, plenty of chairs. Great biking riding. Awesome to be on the ground floor. Easy in and out. Beaches not far.and again we loved all the beach decor.

Overall had a good stay at this property! Cynthia is very responsive, we had a shower curtain mishap which she had fixed the next day! Our dog got sick a few days in and she was so sweet in recommending local vets we could call and even checked in to see how he was doing! Condo is within walking distance to the pool which we really enjoyed and the community is safe and kid/dog friendly!

Property Manager very responsive. 1st Floor Unit, within short walking distance to 9 hole par 3 Golf Course, Bay & pool. Took lots of Bike rides on Country roads, seeing many deer. So happy our Dogs could join us. :)

Pet and people friendly

We absolutely loved our vacation! It was a nice place in a peaceful location. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and everyone seemed so nice. We will definitely book here again!
