The open living area is ideal for spending quality time together where you are watching a moving, playing games, or relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from morning coffee to home cooked dinners, making it easy to enjoy meals without ever leaving the comfort of the house. Share meals at the dining table or kitchen island or bring your plate outside on the porch to enjoy the lakeside breeze.

Start your day with coffee as the light filters in, spend the afternoon reading and playing games, and the evening listening to the calming sound of nature. The front porch is a peaceful extension of the home and let you enjoy the outdoors in total comfort. It is a peaceful retreat you will never want to leave. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors comfortably no matter what time of the day.

Each bedroom is designed to be a cozy retreat offering a restful place to recharge after a day spent at the lake. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms designed to create a comfortable environment.

** Please only park one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle in the driveway. All other vehicles must park in the guest parking lot directly across from the Waterview entrance on E. Bayshore Road.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV in the home. The TV is equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the home.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
