Get a real taste of the East Coast from this adorable two-story Cape Cod house ideally located within walking distance to the best of Bar Harbor - the waterfront is only about a half-mile away!

After a long day of whale watching or shopping for enviable souvenirs, kick your feet up at home with some Roku streaming on the TV. Catch some rays on the furnished deck when it's warm or watch the leaves fall from the fully-enclosed front porch; this home is truly an all-season getaway. If you want to try your hand at preparing some of the local cuisine, make use of the well-equipped full kitchen. And, don't worry about lugging heavy suitcases with you; there's a full-size washer and dryer so you can travel carry-on only.

Fun little vacation spot

House was just as it was posted. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to town and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Nice patio for coffee and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed home, lovely views from the deck. Only recommendation: if the hottest day of the year is forecast, please have the 2 upstairs AC units installed, set up and functioning, before guest arrival.

A cute house in a convenient location!

Great place to stay for a girls' trip. We could walk to town which is also a wonderful place.

Plenty of room for six women; this was our 33rd annual girls' trip. The neighbor next door was very nice.

Lovely home and great location

11 Sherman Street is a lovely home. We took note that it was immaculate upon our arrival. The home was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal - on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay in Boothbay!

Plenty of room for 5 adults, walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the water, grocery about a mile away. Recently added window a/c units in 2 rooms with additional fans made all the difference with unusually hot temperatures for a few days. Great visit!

Great Boothbay getaway with friends

This house was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay for a wedding. We were a 6 minute walk from the main street in boothbay with great food and coffee options. The house was clean, newly renovated and had plenty of space inside and outside on the porch to hang out. Would stay here again if the occasion presented itself.

Peaceful, yet close to town
