Perfect Location

The house was charming, clean and in the perfect spot. We could walk to town easily and there was plenty of room in the house to accommodate us eating in. We will book again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family gathering here with 5 adults and 2 kids. The house had a lot of living space for hanging out, playing games, and watching movies. The backyard was very private with lovely gardens. And the location was the best - an easy walk to town. We hope to come back next summer.

Beautiful, super clean house within a short easy walk of the Camden shops. Stunning backyard with great seating. It is located on the main highway, so expect some road noise.

The home was really great for 3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to downtown Camden. The information on the lobsterman’s wife who prepares lobster to go was a great find. The only downside is the bedrooms face US 1 and the morning traffic is annoying.

This property was marketed as having air conditioning but upon stepping into the house, we realized it did not have AC as box fans were set up in many rooms. After contacting your staff by phone and proving that it was marketed with AC the property manager brought window units the next day. Their response time was very good and they were very friendly. It should be noted for future guests that this house is not suitable for older guests. We had our parents with us and those steep and narrow staircases were not safe for them. The upstairs room over the garage was especially treacherous. That bathroom was disgusting - the shower pan and tile was moldy. We would not stay here again nor would we recommend it to future guests.
