Sleeping Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
-Bedroom 2: 2 twins with trundle beds
Trundles: The trundles are smaller than twin beds and are suitable for smaller individuals.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, blackout curtains and an ensuite bathroom. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, making it a great option for guests working remotely. The second bedroom sleeps four guests with two small trundle beds that are great for children for smaller people.

Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are beautifully remodeled with stunning tiles and finishes, and bidets for your comfort. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A washer a dryer are available and conveniently located in the primary bedroom`s bathroom for guest use.

Indoor Living:
After a day of hiking or sightseeing, relax in the living room around the indoor fireplace. The home offers a comfortable and welcoming space to unwind while taking in the peaceful Sedona atmosphere.

TRUNDLES:
The trundle on the right pulls out to the center of the room
The trundle under the bed to the left, pulls out from the foot of the bed toward the mirror.
As stated in the listing, the two trundles are better suited for children and smaller people.

BIDETS:
The bidets are motion censored. The top lid will open when you approach the toilet. To open the secondary cover, use your right foot to tap the censor on the bottom, right hand side of the toilet. The toilet will automatically flush and self clean.

WATER DISPENSER IN FRIDGE:
The refrigerator has a water filtration system. To access the beverage center for fresh and cold water, open the front panel on the left door. The handle is located in the middle of the bottom of the left door, find the handle, and pull. To open the main fridge door, pull the handle closer to the center of the two doors.

ICE MAKER:
There is an ice maker in the freezer drawer. Pull it open and access the ice by sliding the top panel open. You have two options of ice sizes for your enjoyment.
1. No parties - $1000 fine for breaking the rules.

2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes - a $1000 fine for breaking the rule.

3. No pets - $1000 fine for breaking the rule.

4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

5. Hanging party decorations, banners, signs, or any other decor on the wall with tape, tacks, or nails is strictly prohibited. Use of confetti will result in additional cleaning fees.
