Guests can enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV for streaming, and self check-in using a secure keypad entry, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival. Parking is available in the rear of the gated property.

This is a multi-unit property, and guests have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a courtyard with seating and a free laundry area located in the rear shed. A gated pet area is also available on the left side of the building. Shared spaces are maintained for all guests to enjoy, so we ask that everyone be respectful.

The location makes getting around simple. You’re a short drive from Downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Discovery Green, and EaDo’s restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium are also easily accessible, making this a great option for medical visits, events, or game days.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

No smoking inside the unit. A $350 fee will apply if violated.
No parties, events, or loud gatherings.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
No pets without prior approval.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Maximum of 2 additional daytime visitors without approval.
Please respect the space and neighbors. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or other items. A $400 fee may apply for clogs caused by misuse.
No confetti, glitter, or candles inside the unit.
Thermostat must be set to 70°F or higher with the fan on AUTO.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Lost or unreturned items (such as remotes, openers, or keys if provided) will incur replacement fees starting at $100.
Exterior security cameras with audio/video recording are in place.
