Welcome to your serene island getaway! This updated home offers excellent privacy and quiet surroundings, accommodates up to 6 guests, and is perfectly situated just a short, scenic bike ride from the historic district, championship golf courses, and the island tennis center. The island's expansive beaches and shaded park areas are also a quick hop away by car, cart, or bike. Inside, the open layout features a beautiful living room and dining area combo surrounded by windows and French doors that open to the wooded backyard, a separate large family room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the home features two primary suites with king beds and their own private, ensuite bathrooms—a layout perfect for couples or families traveling together. The third bedroom features two twin beds. Complimentary bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.

Outside, step onto your private back deck and patio, complete with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, ideal for secluded afternoon barbecues. As an additional perk, guests enjoy complimentary pool privileges at the Holiday Inn, which includes access to water aerobics, poolside yoga, and movie nights. Simply bring your check-in envelope to the Holiday Inn front desk upon arrival to sign a waiver and collect your resort wristbands for the duration of your stay.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING - to maintain a pristine environment and due to the owner's severe allergies, smoking/vaping and pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property.

Additionally, please note that the garage is not available for guest use, though ample driveway parking is provided.

PARKING FEE
