This property was amazing, had everything you need. Check in and check out was perfect. The property owner was easy to communicate with. The location made it easy to access the highway and was close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My stay at this fabulous home was very peaceful and the home was everything you view on their site. If Im ever visiting in the area again this will be my vacation spot.The host was very prompt to all my inquiries and concerns which was amazing. The beds was clean and very comfortable. Please if you have a small crew visiting with you please check out this spot

This was a very nice house with plenty of room for the price. Our family of five fit comfortably, and the home was clean and in good condition. It appeared to have been recently remodeled, which was a nice touch. The host was also very responsive and easy to contact. The house is located in an older neighborhood, and some of the surrounding homes are a little rundown, but the location is convenient and close to the King William Historic District and the River Walk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the house was a great value.

This was a wonderful experience! We were there for my commencement/graduation and wanted to be close to the convention center and Riverwalk. This was definitely a cozy place to stay for a few days. The host communicated often to make sure everything was good. The decor was cozy and calm. The beds were comfy (if you like your beds medium firm - everyone has a preference). My sister travels a lot and has stayed in many rentals. She said this experience was great for her as well. She was surprised by the water and snacks the host provided (she doesn't see that too much apparently)! I only wish it hadn't been triple digit heat so we could have spent the evening chatting outside instead of inside. All over it was a fabulous trip and it was great to come back each day to relaxing environment.

This was our first time renting a home in San Antonio through Vrbo. The neighborhood was not in an upscale neighborhood, but the home was absolutely beautiful. The owner, Ms. Jane was wonderful. She made this home look very upscale. She included all the amenities visitors would appreciate. It was very spacious and nicely decorated in bright and welcoming colors. My daughter had her own private room, living room and bathroom which was a plus.The reason I didn't give it a 5 star was due to the mattresses. We are a family of three adults, and I had to sleep on the couch after the first night. The mattresses in each room are very hard. I am a side sleeper, and my first night in the Master bedroom was very uncomfortable. My back and neck hurt the very next morning. The Master bedroom also has a very high bed which made it difficult for me to climb onto the bed. It needs a bed stool which is not provided. Currently, there is no security camera or an alarm which made me a little uneasy due to the looks of the neighborhood. You will also need to purchase ice to keep in the fridge.

I also really appreciate your honest feedback. I'm sorry the mattress was too firm for your comfort. I'll look into taking care of that issue as well as a bed stool so future guests won't have the same challenge. With regards to security, I completely understand your concern & will work on acquiring a security camera or alarm system. (I grew up on that street, in fact my Mother still lives there, so I've never felt uneasy.) Ice trays will be stocked. You were wonderful guests, and I would love the opportunity to host you again - I'm confident your next stay would be a five-star experience. Thank you again for helping me improve! <3
