This building is one of the best kept secrets in Ocean City. Located off Talbot Street in downtown Ocean City, you'll have an easy walk to all the fun that downtown offers. Leave your car parked and walk to the beach, boardwalk, inlet amusements, fishing at the two piers, concerts at Sunset Park and of course some of the best restaurants and bars in town. Whether it's fine dining, comfortable casual, grabbing a beer at one of the local pubs or a quick slice on the boardwalk, your restaurant choices are endless! Coming to town for one of the concerts at the inlet? The short walk to this condo will allow you to easily come back and forth from the unit to the concert. For activities farther away, the inlet bus station is a short walk away!

Purchased in 2025, the owner of this beautiful 2 BR 1.5 spent most of the year renovating. Everything is the unit is new for this year, including the vinyl flooring, paint and furnishings. The lower level has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and granite countertops. The lower-level bedroom has 2 full beds and a TV. Upstairs you will find the suite with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and Wi-Fi for those of you that need to stay connected.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This unit is on the 2nd floor. Sorry, no elevator.
* One parking space in an off-site lot is provided.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on Talbot Street about 1 block from the boardwalk.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. The owner chooses TV viewing options.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this gem of a property! The location was excellent—just a short walk to both the boardwalk and the bay, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby.The condo was very clean, nicely updated, and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, comfortable beds, Roku TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, the cozy outdoor patio, and the fact that it’s an end unit, which made it feel a little more private. Having one dedicated parking space was also a plus.We traveled with our kids, and it was a perfect home base for our family. At the same time, it would also make an excellent spot for an adults-only getaway thanks to its walkable location and easy access to restaurants, bars, and the waterfront.The only downside is that the assigned parking spot is about a block and a half away, not on site. If you don’t want to use it, you’ll need to rely on street parking, which can be hit or miss depending on the time of day.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we can’t wait to come back. We’d happily book it again!
