Profitez d'une vraie plage de vacances dans cette unitĂ© calme, spacieux de deux chambres dans un immeuble en bord de mer. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e au centre ville de Ocean City oĂč vous trouverez moins de monde sur la plage.

L'unité dispose de nouveaux appareils, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine complÚte, et un garage pour 2 véhicules. Service Internet dédié avec WiFi supporte iPads trop. Amenez la famille et votre matériel de plage et préparez-vous pour le fun!

Le maßtre a un lit King avec un matelas hÎtel de qualité, la 2Úme chambre a un lit complet et Twin.

Propre, bien entretenu unité montre la fierté du propriétaire - pas seulement une location «à vue invisible '. L'unité est inspecté avant / aprÚs l'arrivée afin d'assurer à nos normes élevées sont maintenues.

Vous aurez la commoditĂ© d'ĂȘtre en un seul niveau, de sorte que vous pouvez accĂ©der Ă  la piscine et la plage par les escaliers sans attendre un ascenseur. Étape directement Ă  partir du sable pour les douches extĂ©rieures.

Le balcon offre une vue sur la piscine et l'ocĂ©an. Il est sur le mĂȘme niveau que la piscine de sorte que vous pouvez surveiller les enfants sans avoir Ă  quitter l'unitĂ©, ou Ă  les rejoindre et s'asseoir prĂšs de la piscine dans l'une des chaises longues!

Nous sommes un facile 2-bloc de marche de l'HĂŽtel Hilton (idĂ©al pour la gastronomie), et 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du ChĂąteau-dans-le-sable oĂč ils accueillent la musique live tous les jours en plein air (en saison).

Great location & property for an OC trip! Very accommodating & clean. The location is perfect as it is secure, a short walk to the beach, and plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, and things to do. Parking was very convenient as well (especially for unloading & taking items to & from the room). A great place for families as well. Thank you Ed!

Great Location

Great location, convenient, only steps from the beach. Great oversized balcony. The only downside was that I was expecting it to be oceanfront but it wasn’t, the building is oceanfront, but the condo is ocean view, which was disappointing. Nice place though overall.

Check in was great! The kitchen is fine. Cabinet door above fridge needs fixing. Also, there are blinds that don’t open and close properly in the living room and blinds missing in the master bedroom.

Beach week

Overall had a wonderful stay and experience at this property. Right on the beach/ocean and the pool is literally outside the door. Close to the boardwalk but not right on it which was perfect for us. Great space and layout. Also had a great experience with the host, very responsive and helpful. My only two suggestions are that it could have been cleaned better before we arrived and the wifi is terrible. Had to disconnect and use our own data. Those issues were minor to me and I would very much recommend this property!

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of five, plus my inlaws, to stay in Ocean City for the week! It had plenty of space inside the condo, the pool was right outside of our balcony, and the beach was steps away. If you’re looking for a place with everything you could need, this condo is for you!

Take the grandkids to the beach

We had a great time! Condo was lovely, spacious, and spotless! Being just steps from the beach was great with little kiddos and all of their extras. Kids loved the pool, too! The area is quiet, but close to activities and shops. Everyone left happy and rested. I highly recommend!!

Quiet and Convenient

We stayed here off season - to attend Oceans Calling. It was really quiet, given the 50K people in town for the festival. The condo is spacious; parking is great. And it's convenient to the beach, boardwalk (which starts a few blocks away), restaurants, and shops.

Property manager was easy to communicate with. The place is a great size for 3-6 people and is in a fantastic location with quick beach access. I would definitely recommend.

Quick 2 night stay in the dead of winter. Location was perfect for us. Beach side but we weren’t there for the water. Across the street from convention center. The inside is Ocean City worn but everything worked and it did the job.

Convenient beachfront condo

Beautiful condo, with 2 full baths right on the beach. Close to the rides but far enough away from the noise and excess people. Small outdoor pool, but we were often the only people in it. We like a post beach dip in a pool before supper. Owner super helpful about everything. Gave us a "tour" of everything at the condo over the phone. Staff at condo friendly and helpful.

Good location and great space

Great location, condo has its own pool and is on the beach. Ample parking in garage. Condo is spacious and each room had a tv. Traveling w a family, it was cumbersome to bring all our own linens, paper goods, hand soap etc. I was aware of this beforehand, just more of an annoyance.

Quick getaway

The owner was very friendly and accessible if any problems came up. We had no issues that needed his assistance however it was nice to know I could reach him if necessary. The location was perfect for beach access and the unit was nicely decorated. The only thing I would say is the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. We only stayed a couple of days so we made do. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quick getaway.

We continue to vacation in OC every year. We have tried other east-coast locations but nothing compares to the enjoyment and conveniences of Ocean City, MD.

Just 7 blocks from the north end of the famous Boardwalk, this mid-town location enjoys a less crowded beach yet is within easy access of the area's best attractions. We are in good company too - the Hilton is just 3 blocks away and the Castle-in-The-Sand is a well-known favorite for locals who have discovered a fun, family vacation destination.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A swimmer's delight - you have easy access to the beach or pool, and outdoor showers. Walk 7 blocks to the Boardwalk Tram Stop and take the Tram all of the way down to the Inlet where you'll find rides, arcades, fishing pier, museums and plenty to eat. You may also park on the upper garage deck, and access the unit without steps or an elevator.
