Other things to note
You are staying in a suburban family home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down. No parties, events or gatherings are allowed. Only people in the reservation.

We welcome 1 dog (up to 30lbs), no other pets allowed. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. No redecorating or moving furniture, no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is NO smoking/Vaping or illegal substances of any kind allowed inside the home. No food in the bedrooms except water. Please keep all food in the designated kitchen and dining areas.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damage, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.

INFANTS/CHILDREN: Please note that the home is not childproof, no outlet covers, corner guards and the stairs to the basement doesn't have a door
