Casa del Sol is located in the private development of Colina Monitos, tucked away in the jungles of Manuel Antonio, this villa is extremely safe.

On the main level of the villa there are 5 bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms and 2 with a large shared bathroom. All bathrooms have been newly remodelled.

Head down to the lower level via the large internal stairwell and you`ll find your cozy kitchen, dining area and large living area, complete with 55` smart TV. A perfect space for gathering to retell stories of the day`s explorations.

Also on this level there is a laundry room with pool bathroom and bedrooms 6 & 7 with a shared bathroom.

In Manuel Antonio and Costa Rica overall, public transportation is reliable, safe and cheap. Taxis from our villa to the beach are about $10USD and the bus is only 60cents!

COVID CLEANING POLICY
We operate special protocols during the pandemic and the villa is closed for 24 hours prior to check in and post check out. All surfaces and equipment - tv remotes etc - are cleaned with organic sanitizer and all floors cleaned with bleach then alcohol. All staff wear masks at all times.

-No loud noises or music after 10pm according to the Costa Rican law.
-With the exception of small travel speakers, no stereo equipment can be brought to the villa, only house equipment can be used.
