Leinaala est une petite propriété en bord de mer de 24 unités offrant une vue panoramique. Chaque unité fait face à l'océan. Leinaala a une atmosphÚre détendue et privée avec un grand sentiment de l'esprit aloha. Il y a une piscine en bord de mer, un barbecue à gaz pour votre usage et des courts de tennis sur la plage.
Les rĂ©servations le jour mĂȘme (l’arrivĂ©e dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nĂ©cessitent un appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique Ă  Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Leinaala Oceanfront # 302 est une unité de 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain au 3Úme étage avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les piÚces, d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur Blu-ray, d'un service téléphonique et d'un accÚs WIFI gratuit. Il y a un lit queen et un canapé-lit queen. Cette unité a une douche à l'italienne (pas de baignoire). Pour les activités de plein air, le n ° 302 est fourni avec des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, une glaciÚre et un tableau de course. 2 couchages.
** INFORMATION IMPORTANTE: l'unité Leinaala 402 fera l'objet de travaux de rénovation en avril - juillet 2019. Les travaux seront du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h et le samedi de 9h à 17h. Les clients du n ° 302 peuvent entendre des bruits de construction, des coups de marteau, des outils électriques, etc. Les travaux devraient commencer le 15 avril 2019 et se terminer d'ici la mi-juillet 2019. **

View of sunset and ocean in January is 10/10. Nice green park in front to people watch and whale watch. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and big new towels available. Designated parking spot right by the doors and elevator access was great. A/C in bedroom was excellent and lots of towels and kitchen towels available. Space in bedroom and bathroom was tight but the living room and balcony made up for it. Bedroom was located at the back of the condo with no view window. But the slats opened for breeze. The bedroom was subject to lots of noise from the hallway and chatting neighbors but luckily it was mostly quiet.

Easy parking, great view from the lanai, clean condo, everything you could imagine for the beach
..chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear. We sat on the lanai every morning and had breakfast, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The only con of this place was that there were no BBQ grilles but it’s understandable since most people have their doors and windows open and don’t need the smoke coming into the condo. The condo complex is quiet and had air conditioning as well which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again, restaurants are a short drive away, not much within walking distance but it is centrally located to many of the activities we did.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was spacious, the lanai had the BEST view! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Absolutely no problems. We would definitely book this rental again. The pool was quiet and refreshing. We loved watching the people and dogs on the lawn in the park below, had the best sunset views every morning. Only thing we would change is access to a grill for cooking.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and LOVED the view from the balcony. The beach was great for morning walks. The whales put on a display every day. We wished we would have had binoculars. Great space for relaxing!

Perfect place to enjoy the sunset!

Our first time staying in this part of the island and it was wonderful! Not only steps from the beach, but also a shirt drive to great restaurants! The home was very clean and comfortable.

Did not lack anything we really needed. Location is great and the view from the lanai is better than the pictures. Building is very quiet and the caretaker keeps everything looking nice. We had a problem with the sunshade on the lanai when we arrived. After one call to Rentals Maui the shade was fixed within a day. I would not hesitate to rent through Rentals Maui at any of their locations. I do highly recommend the Leinaala for a stay.

Ocean view, quiet adult bldg with a pool, close enough to Kihei for convenience but you feel far from the bustle. Glorious panoramic sunset views, and steps to the ocean for warm beach walks. The condo is also beautiful, comfortable and well appointed and the property is beautifully maintained with a clean pool. Also, all of the staff with Rentals Maui are incredibly friendly and helpful. Already planning stay #3!

Great little condo

We absolutely loved this little condo during our two week stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. The furniture is clean and comfortable. We had the pool area to ourselves most of the time as well. Will definitely stay again!

Relax after adventure filled days by watching evening sunsets from your private balcony. Spacious condo with everything you need to unwind and enjoy your vacation in paradise. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and hot shower! Centrally located making it easier to travel to all parts of the island. We spent 10 wonderful days here and enjoyed every minute. The only small issue,that can't be helped, is road traffic leaving the complex. Doesn't impact condo at all, just frustrating at times turning left out of parking lot. (Only mentioning to give a heads up. It would not stop me from staying here again.)
