We want your stay to be smooth and stress-free! Simply complete the steps below before arrival:

* We use Happy Guest, a simple web-based guide with house details, check-in info, and local recommendations. You can also share it with your group anytime.

* Please let us know in advance if you need the air mattress prepared.

* Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon approval for $25 per hour.

### Before Arrival

Please complete the following:

* Rental agreement & house rules acknowledgment
* ID verification
* Security hold authorization (not a security deposit)

*For Airbnb bookings, the security hold may be waived.*

### House Rules

* No illegal drugs
* Quiet hours after 10 PM
* No parties or events
* No smoking anywhere on the property

### Extra Guest & Pet Fees

* Additional guests: $10 per guest, per night
* Pet fee: $25 one-time fee + $10 per pet, per night
* Maximum of 2 dogs allowed
* Absolutely NO cats

### Pet Rules

1. Dogs must remain on a leash outside
2. Please clean up after pets
3. Pets must stay within the yard area
4. Pets must wear ID and rabies tags
5. No pets on beds or furniture ($250 penalty applies)
6. No aggressive pets allowed

If pets are brought without prior approval/payment, applicable fees plus a $100 penalty will be charged.
