Watch dolphins swim by. BBQ and sit around a fire pit. Lots of nearby entertainment and amazing waterfront restaurants . Launch boats next to property. Centrally located between Houston. Galveston and Kemah.

What a beautiful house with such beautiful scenery. Very simple and easy check in and out process. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home with beautiful yard and view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very roomy and nice, well equipped and cozy. We fished off the pier and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great stay!

Beautiful property in a great location

The house was right on the water with a great view of the bay and of the Kemah waterfront. The rooms were large and comfortable and the view from the second floor deck was fantastic.We highly recommend the house and appreciate the host in providing a great place for a holiday weekend.

Great vacation spot

Can there be 6 stars?

My family and I use VRBO quite often to get the family together for quality time. We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was. The location was spectacular and the grounds were inviting. A private pier provided some amazing space for us to fish and catch up. The house was in a word: spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. More importantly, it's hard to put a price tag on the level of responsiveness from the owner anytime we had a question. We would be honored to rent this property in the future.

Great experience

Great Beach house vibe. Overall it was a great experience and the property owner is amazing which made it worth the trip just on that fact. The house functions well for a beach house and has great natural lighting and access. Big yard, awesome views of the beach, Great air conditioning, easy access to local places and absolutely worth staying staying.

We came for a quick fishing trip before school starts. There was room for everyone. We went to the park down the street and my husband caught a bunch of fish! We fished off the pier at the house and caught some crabs in our trap but no fish. The pier doesn’t go out very far and it was shallow at that time. The house is located off a busy intersection so lots of motorcycles and sirens. At night it was relatively quiet. The backyard is big and the people are very friendly. We went to eat at pier 6 right down the street and it was good. Lots of great eating places right there. The house was great for what we came for! If you are looking for a remodeled house with all updates this isn’t it. It’s a great house with a definite vintage vibe and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. It was clean and inviting!! Fun family spot! We will be back next summer!

Great location and amazing property manager

Great location on the bay and close to everything we wanted to do (NASA, fishing, Buffalo Bayou). Our group included my family of five (3 boys 16-23) and my parents. House was the perfect size with everyone getting their own room. The house is updated but kept much of its older charm. Nice back porch with comfortable seating overlooking the bay. It rained one day and our group of 7 pulled out some of the stocked board games and played a few hours. Since fishing was one of our main activities, wish the pier had been rebuilt to the original length. Caught a few fish, but had much better luck trapping crabs. Cannot say enough good things about the property manager! We had to contact her a couple times and she was always reachable and so kind. Issues were corrected as quickly as possible, and she followed up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend staying for the location, house experience, and an attentive property manager.

Last minute vaca

The White House on the bay was just perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed. Plenty of room. I loved the beautiful green grass. I put a hammock up and watch the ships pass by. My boys loved fishing off the dock. We bought the Houston City pass. We spent 2 days in Houston at the aquarium and kids museum. We also went to the Kemah boardwalk and the Space center. Galveston beach was a short 20 min drive. We road the ferry, went on a fishing tour, and spent time at Galveston fishing pier. Deanndra our host made checking in a breeze. She lives close by and was very helpful if we needed anything. She also gave us a lot of local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
