The house is amazing! Subdivision is very nice & quiet. We were 7 adults & a 16yr old. We had plenty of room. If you like to cook like me, the kitchen has all the counter space you need, nice size pantry, pots & pans. I was in all my glory. The pool area was our gathering spot. I wanted to pack up both the kitchen & pool area & bring it back home with me lol. It rained 1 day so we played pool, ping pong, and card games. We were there to visit with my brother who is working in the area so we hung out at the house. But there’s stuff to do close by if you’re looking to do things. I forgot some of my clothes at home, so we found a Target which was maybe 15 mins from house, saw multiple restaurants along the way, the Kemah board walk is maybe 20 minutes from house, I am sure there’s other things around, that’s just what I saw on way to target. My brother is supposed to be there about 3 years with this job, So we all agreed that we are definitely renting this house again in the future. It was a nice relaxing Labor Day weekend, just what we all needed a long over due visit & a little R & R. Host was very responsive. House was very clean. Beds are comfy.

We stayed here July 25–28 with our five kids while in town for the Junior Olympics, and this home was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Plenty of room for our big family to spread out and relax.The highlight was definitely the backyard — the pool and hot tub were a dream after long days in the sun. The space felt private, peaceful, and truly like our own little resort. The kids loved the pool toys, and the pool table and ping pong table kept everyone entertained in the evenings.Everything in the house worked great. We weren’t sure how to start the hot tub, but Mike (the owner) was super responsive and kind — he called and walked us through it right away.The neighborhood felt very safe and was near the area I grew up, so it added a special touch. It was about a 30-minute drive to our events, but worth it for the peaceful setting and great amenities.This home had everything we needed for a comfortable, low-stress stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting the area. The pictures don’t even do it justice — it’s even better in person!

We can't wait to go back

This was a short notice booking. With only a couple of days left of spring break, we wanted our kids to have a little fun not too far from home. Our oldest son stayed home because he had to go to work, so we took our 2 youngest son's and 2 of their friends on a short vacation. This house was absolutely perfect! It has everything you need and more. The kids had fun swimming all day and late into the night and enjoyed the pool table and ping pong and games. Terri and her husband are so sweet and really made us feel welcomed. We can't wait to go back again. Thank you Mike and Terri!

Wedding Retreat for the whole FAMILY!

Large and spacious home was exactly what we needed to welcome many members of our family for a weekend full of wedding activities. 2 queen beds, 2 king beds, 2 living areas, swimming pool, ping pong, pool table, large kitchen. Close to everything we needed as we were coming and going to all the activities. Even got to enjoy the hot tub a couple nights. It says sleeps 10 but I'm not sure where as it doesn't have a pull out couch. We didn't need that many beds but just in case you do. Very nice home with extra touches that some vrbo's don't usually have. Definitely worth it!

The pictures does it no justice, the house is beautiful.

It was very comfortable, couldnt figure out how to warm the pool and hot tub however being around family made everything perfect.

Great Spot - Just As Advertised

We had a great stay for a long weekend. Close to shopping and food options and had everything we needed. Tons of space and great pool area. Wonderful and responsive host. No complaints.

Everything was good till the end

The start was good. The frequency of the owners needing to come was a little extensive but they explain due to the weather. At the end there was a dispute on the freezer dispenser. I was willing to work it out but the owner was a little understandably annoyed. So instead of working it out they charged me 350 for a missing part. That was little steep but hey

Nice place

The house and property are beautiful. It was clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The pool was lovely. Only really had one issue with our stay. My husband had to leave on the second day of our stay to go to Corpus Christi for work for a few hours, while he was gone, the property owner showed up in the backyard, without warning and gave us a bit of a scare. I'm not sure if he thought we were all gone or what. He was polite and all, I just wish I had known he was coming. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Great Get Away

This house has it all to keep the good times rolling! With video games, table games, ping pong, pool, and the outside pool/spa it leaves little room for boredom. Our stay was great!

Absolutely Perfect

This home could not have been a better fit for our family. We had a group of 8, including two teenagers and everyone truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was incredible and well stocked, and the game room was awesome. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous; we all had a blast in the pool and hot tub and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard! The weather wasn't very cooperative during our stay, so having such a wonderful place to spend time together was such a blessing. Terri was so welcoming and communication was a breeze, we'll definitely be back!

Great stay

Had a great stay in this property. Lots of space for everyone and the pool and backyard was lovely. You can really tell they take great care of this home. Kids loved playing with the pool table and ping pong table. Beds were comfortable and house was cool and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the Houston area.

Fabulous vacation - perfect property

This home was just as it appears in the listing. All of the amenities we needed were available and the owners were accessible when needed. The pool is just right and the location central to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room to space out and enjoy our time together. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great property!

Loved this rental! The home was very clean. Alot of the little things we sometimes forget when traveling, Terri had them. She communicated very well and was accommodating. Very close to the boardwalk and near the interstate. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Family reunion/graduation celebration

House was very clean, well stocked, very functional for a large family. Pool table and ping pong table were enjoyed by many. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were the frosting on the cake!
