Fully Equipped Kitchen – Everything you need to have a home cooked meal during your stay. If there is a specific item you want to ask about, please send a message, we would be happy to verify and or get that item for your stay if possible.



All bedrooms and living room come with a Smart TV for streaming services.



Internet / WIFI Available throughout the entire property.



The following will be provided for each stay:



• Bed linens, pillows, comforters and bathroom towels

• Starter Toilet paper roll will be provided for each bathroom

• Hand soap for each Bathroom

• Starter Paper towel roll for the kitchen(s)

• Dish washing liquid soap and or dish washer detergent gel pods

• Laundry gel pods

You will have access to the entire home and building amenities. This includes onsite parking.

Located in midtown, just off the the route 90 bridge, you will be near many restaurants, shops and entertainment.



Getting Around:

You will be walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, with quick instant access to coastal highway to get to the boardwalk or north OC.



Interaction with Guests:

I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention.
