Location was perfect to savage race. Room was clean and nice. The bed was so comfy even the pull out couch was. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and in a great neighborhood, which was important since we were in town for a baseball tournament nearby. The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was wonderful and very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay. Quiet. Nice simple place. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was very nice and host cleaned and prepared for us each night. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is a basement feel so not a lot of windows.

My stay at Iris’s place in Leo’s Apartment was amazing. It had great amenities and also had a hot tub where you could relax and rejuvenate after a long and fun or crazy day. I was in town visiting some friends from my former church Freedom Church as well as some former college classmates from the University of West Georgia over Labor Day Weekend and the location was amazing and familiar territory as I use to live in that area just one street down in Seven Hills. Crazy. The apartment was well cleaned and maintained each and every day, and the bed and couch were so comfortable. The kitchen appliances also worked well for me when I was cooking food or washing dishes. The price and listing of it too met every single part of my needs I needed. Iris was the best at communication as far as check in and check out instructions and was always available and attentive to any needs or had questions about. I loved every single bit of the apartment and cannot wait to come back again for my next visit to the Paulding County area and hopefully stay in this place again soon. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who just needs a weekend away from their home or to anyone who is visiting family for friends in the area.

I had an amazing stay. The appartment wasMore than I had expected by far! Everything that wasn't new looked as if it were from slippers at the door to little touches throughout! Iris and Leo took care of me as if I was family. I really can't express how much i enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back if i'm in the area!! I highly recommend. Tim

Absolutely spectacular! I was nervous having it say it was a basement apartment…but it was perfect in every way. The pull out coach wasn’t the crappy kind, very comfortable to use. The hot tub was the BEST! The host took great care to hand clean daily and didn’t over power it with chlorine. Had incredible details I loved like robes to use for the hot tub! Phenomenal Coffee and tea bar with snacks—even a gluten free one that I really appreciated!!!!! A nice gentle request to remove shoes before entering was paired with a chair to take off shoes and complimentary slippers to put on…. How cool is that??!!?? The place was impeccably clean, every corner and every item was clean, putting me at ease. Extra items like extra blankets and towels were sealed in plastic so you were aware they were clean and ready for use if needed. I didn’t have kids, but even the high chair was in plastic so you were aware it was sanitized. There was even a bag of ice ready for me in the freezer!! Love this host to pieces!!! I can only think of one improvement… maybe a few water bottles ready in the fridge for tired travelers…but I mean that’s being greedy because everything was so well thought out and it was such an amazing stay. In short… this place rocked and I plan to come back again next year!!!

Leo’s apartment was even better than pics. Iris made us feel like we were at home. I definitely recommend if in the area you check out Leo’s cozy apartment, I know I will next time in the area
