The perfect Johnson City getaway. Home is very clean, well decorated, comfy couch and beds. Great location right off the 290 Wine Trail. And thank you for the bottle of champagne, not sure how you knew it was one of our favorites! Will stay again next time we are in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to home. It’s very clean and nicely decorated throughout. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable to sleep in. We appreciated the extra throw blankets, too. The bathroom is stocked and ready for your arrival. The living room couch is very comfortable, too! All in all, it’s the perfect getaway for a Hill Country weekend. We’ll be back soon.

A cozy cottage! It’s supposed to be for 6 people but only two bedrooms and our second kid had to sleep on a sofa. It was clean! Lots of spices, but on esencial to cook is oil salt and pepper that we had to go buy!

Regarding sleeping arrangements, our listing specifies that the home sleeps up to 4 adults and two children with two queen beds and the large sofa in the living room. We understand that the sofa may not be as comfortable as a traditional bed for everyone and appreciate your feedback. We absolutely loved our stay at Tosca’s Cozy Cottage in Johnson City, Texas! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were amazing, and the attention to detail throughout the property really made us feel right at home. The backyard was especially wonderful, with a beautiful sunset that made for the perfect way to end each evening. Brian, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was every bit as easy, comfortable, and relaxing as it could possibly be. The location was peaceful, yet close to the town centre, and exactly what we were looking for. Five stars all the way—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Tosca’s Cozy Cottage to anyone visiting the Hill Country!
