The two large bedrooms each have King-sized Novaform beds (AirBNB guest favorites!) and wall-mounted smart TVs. The Marfa room :) has two extremely comfy gel-topped single beds. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and an organizer. The backyard is large and private with a gazebo, lounge furniture, propane grill, picnic table, and propane firepit. The stocked kitchen has coffee makers (Keurig and French-press), filtered cold water, large farmhouse sink, tea kettle, bar seating and Quartz counters. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Recessed and dimmable LED lights throughout let you customize lighting to your liking.
Guest access
You will have a completely private home and fully-enclosed backyard space all to yourself. No space is shared with the other side of the duplex. The gazebo, firepit, front porch with bistro set, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all yours to enjoy!

Absolutely no smoking, no parties, small pets allowed with pet fee
