Amazing experience!

The host was amazing, the apartment was amazing, and in an amazing neighborhood right next to all forms of public transport. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice neighborhood and access to the city.

Perfect Munich property

I can’t recommend this property enough if you’re looking for a city feel. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. The U line is just a few minutes away as well and this connects you with much of Munich. The check in instructions include videos that make things very easy. Our family of 4 loved it!

I got the hosts husband according to him. I didn’t speak to Lisa. I asked a question about getting the video to play. I said I couldn’t get it to play. His answer “not possible”. Next question - I calle again. I said I cannot get the code to open lockbox. He said you should have. It. “All was sent to you.” After more conversation he gave me a different code than the one I had and it opened immediately. Was still my fault because I should have it. I went back to my information three times. The code was different. Then I opened the lock what the key. Couldn’t get the key out of the lock. This is the third phone call. He said you have to get it in the right position. Put it at 6 and 12. We had done that for ten minutes with different turns on the key back to 6and 12. The he says “or, 3 and 9”. I did and key immediately came out. He also misinterpreted what I said and was convinced I had locked the key in the apartment and started talking about the money it would cost him to get the key out. He seemed to understand English just fine but was convinced I was making all of these things happen. I had to say repeatedly I wasn’t outside of the apartment with they key inside. It was so incredibly negative we didn’t want to be there. We left. Forfeited our full payment for our stay. Never spoke to Lisa. And follow up messaging on app did not sound like her though signed off as Lisa. All about our accountability.

Positiv: 2 hilfreiche Videos zum Einchecken. Nach Anruf falschen Code korrigiert. Kein Straßenlärm. Stellplatz für den Wagen. Bett und Schlafsofa bequem. Wohnung groß. Negativ: kaum Abstand zu nächsten Nachbarn. Lärmbelästigung durch 2 Baustellen in der Wohnanlage. Kleine, fensterlose Küche, Basic Ausstattung, kein Abzug bzw. defekt, keine Mikrowelle, dafür Backofen, nur French Press. Fensterloses Mini Bad, Ein- und Ausstieg in die Duschwanne machbar, aber beschwerlich, kaum Abstellfläche, keine Annehmlichkeiten wie Vergrößerungsspiegel . WZ lässt sich durch durchscheinende Rollläden nicht verdunkeln, einer ist schon länger defekt. SZ hat 3 Glasflächen zum Wohnbereich, wurde deshalb trotz Vorhängen morgens hell. Die Bedienung des TV war kompliziert, der einsame Hinweis war nicht hilfreich. Die Eingangstür zur Wohnanlage lässt sich durch Drücken des BetterStay Knopfes öffnen, das wissen auch andere. Wir wurden eine Nacht um 4:00 Uhr, die nächste um 23:00 und 2:00 Uhr aufgeweckt. Also hatten wir nur eine störungsfreie Nacht. Das Problem ist schon länger bekannt, interessiert scheinbar nicht. Wohnung ist den Preis von 1264 Euro Gesamtsumme für 3 Übernachtungen nicht wert, auch wenn die hohen Münchner Kosten sowie die 3 Tage Parkplatzmiete berücksichtigt werden. Ein nicht zeitgemäßes, unbequemes Bad, Möbel viel Holzklasse im abgewohnter Zustand, Wände renovierungsbedürftig, Vieles ungepflegt und unsauber.

The apartment is modern and the location allows for easy access to central Munich. The large deck is particularly inviting, and we enjoyed spending evenings cooling off on the couch. On the downside, the communication with the owner (it is managed by a company) was poor and the critical instructions for check in were not accessible through the VRBO app, which the owners did not seem particularly worried about. Finally, the listing shows a coffee maker, which is actually a French press, and requires a coffee grinder to make it properly, something the property does not have.

Perfect. Stayed 3 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. Description and pictures are what you get. Outstanding location with access points for transportation everywhere. Watch the video that you get with the check in information. It’s in a residential neighborhood down an alley. The video helped us find the unit. We were only in the apartment to sleep/shower but if you’re planning to spend days and evenings in the apartment know it’s a very quiet complex and I could see making noise could be an issue. The host communicates very well and we couldn’t have been happier. Danke!

Accommodating and easily public transport accessible
