Very nice space, and well located close to where we wanted to be. Check in was seamless, and the host responded quickly when we had questions.One thing to note, it is not a 2 bedroom, it is a single bedroom with a pull out couch. It was very comfortable, but a little crowded for 3 adults.

We had a lovely stay at Katrin and Jürgen’s apartment during Frühlingfest in May. The unit was clean and cozy, and Jürgen was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. In addition, the location is perfect. It’s half a block from the tram, which made it very easy to get around, but the neighborhood itself was gorgeous, quiet, and safe with lots of restaurants nearby, and we loved exploring a more residential part of Munich.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay with our 2 boys (9 and 13). The bathroom and master bed mattress were great, as was the pullout couch bed. Two points that would have been helpful to know beforehand: 1. There is only 1 real bedroom, not 2. The pullout couch is in the living area that is connected to the kitchen. 2. There are no curtains for the windows, but there are outside shutters that you have to pull on a belt from the inside to close; however the one in the living area did not work. The one in the bedroom did once I got advice from Katrin. Speaking of Katrin, she was communicative and easy to work with!

Apartment did not have two bedrooms as posted on the web site. One bedroom and one sofa bed that was terribly uncomfortable sagging in the middle. Very sparse amenities. Only provided two towels for a group of three adults. Reached out to owner and was able to get one more towel. No microwave, no wine corkscrew or bottle opener.

Gut aber nur für 2

Insgesamt ganz gut, aber das Ausziehbett im Wohnbereich sehr unbequem. Dazu in der gesamten Wohnung kein großer Ankleide-Spiegel ausser ein normalerer im Badezimmer. Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr gut, für mehr grenzwertig.

Lieber Peter, es freut mich, dass euch der Aufenthalt gefallen hat! Unser hochwertiges Schlafsofa von Casarista bietet mit Lattenrost und Matratze bestmöglichen Schlafcomfort. Natürlich ist dennoch nicht zu erwartet, dass dieser mit dem des Boxspringbettes mithalten kann. Da würde ich zukünftig ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern empfehlen - zu entsprechend höherem Preis. Eine ganz tolle Wohnung mitten im Herzen von München. Die Kommunion mit der Vermietern war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Ein absoluter Traumaufenthalt!

Die Wohnung in München-Altbogenhausen ist genauso hochwertig und stilvoll, wie beschrieben. Die exklusive Ausstattung und die Liebe zum Detail schaffen eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist erstklassig, mit einfacher Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, aber dennoch in einem ruhigen, eleganten Viertel. Unser Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen, der München auf höchstem Niveau erleben möchte.
