3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom rustic contemporary Galena territory retreat. Main level houses wood-clad cathedral ceiling great room. Gas fireplace and open dining area that feeds to large kitchen with granite countertops. Spacious master bedroom with more wood-clad cathedral ceilings and master bath with whirlpool tub/shower. Walkout lower level feature 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy amazing views from the rear deck with gas grill and fire pit table or the airy 3 seasons room. Relax on the front porch or lower paver block patio. Close access to trail system that heads to the marina or the north cove of Lake Galena! Rental includes 6 keycards for access to the property owner's club with indoor & outdoor pools, fitness facility, pickleball, tennis, multisport gym and more. Located conveniently 10 minutes away from downtown Galena! Free highspeed WiFi internet- 1000Mbps. Four spaces are available for parking in the driveway. The fourth bed in the common area is a flip flop couch similar to a futon but built heavier duty. Sheets and pillows are available inside the flip flop when using it to sleep on. Please make sure to shut off outside porch lights and limit noise after 8 PM as the Territories is getting stricter about enforcing this.

Amazing getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was extremely clean and in great condition. I loved the layout and decor, and the beautiful wood floors and ceilings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time exploring the territory and just relaxing.

Wonderful stay!

This home was very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked which met all our needs. We spent most of our time in the sunroom. I would definitely recommend this home.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway- having access to the Owners Club was even better. Kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool. The property was as described in the profile. Wonderful memories with the family. I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home and Surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home! Enjoyed the 2 decks, appreciated having 3 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen! Those country roads can be confusing, even to GPS, but we sure enjoyed the views! Our only little annoyance was that there was no ice for our drinks when we got settled in and had to trekk out in search of ice! Ha! Would definitely stay there again!!

Great place for families of all ages

As a family we enjoyed our time at this location. A couple of suggestions: Label the light switches. Provide more details about swimming at the club house and other activities available at the club house. Excellent place to stay. We would go back.

Nice house

Listing said hot tub, but no hot tub, just a jacuzzi tub. The house is very nice with a sun porch that we enjoyed. Also had a fire pit we used. Location very close to Galena.

Long weeked in Galena

My wife and I stayed with our friends from Friday through Sunday. The home was very clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It was close enough to Main st. in downtown Galena to shop and eat, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet while we relaxed at night. Thank you and we'll likely stay again.

Weekend Get Away

We can with two other couples for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Highly recommend. Perfect location. We were able to see deer, an eagle and a bobcat. Perfect house.

Very clean, spacious home. Liked having the 2 living/sleeping levels for extended family. Snacks and water provided was a thoughtful touch by owner. Enjoyed use of the territory Owner’s pool in the very hot weather. Had a good time, overall.

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed the beautiful and updated house, and the time in Galena. We loved the house and location. We had to use one of the blankets and bed sheets in the closet and unfortunately it was dirty. Otherwise everything was wonderful and the house itself was very clean when we arrived.

The Perfect House

Our family rented this house for a one week vacation in the Galena Territory. We all agree it has been the best home that we have stayed. Super clean, awesome decor, everything we needed! We loved coming "home" to this house after touring Galena, Field of Dreams, Cave Park, Spillville (Dvorak!). The community center was friendly and welcoming, something we appreciate. All in all - The Perfect House!

3 set of couples shared this home for a weekend to Galena. the location of the house was great for getting downtown galena. Probably 10 minutes. the view from the porch/kitchen was beautiful. the owners were very welcoming and answered all my messages within the day. we plan to stay again

PERFECT!!

This was one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed at and I've been renting over 29 years! Such a NICE, well maintained home with sooo many quality amenities! We found everything in perfect working order, clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and Trevor was very accommodating! Love the layout of this home (each bedroom/bath separate from the others). Perfect for 3 couples. I would rent this place again without a doubt!

FANTASTIC

I cannot say enough about this property and the owner! Victor was extremely responsive to any questions we had all weekend. He went above and beyond in his flexibility with my family. The house was so well maintained. Everything was very clean and house was fully stocked with items ready to go! We definitely plan on returning next year to the same house! 10/10 for recommendation!
