The upstairs main living area features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, full kitchen, and a large screened upper deck with beautiful water views — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Downstairs offers a separate private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom living space, ideal for extended family, grandparents, teens, or friends wanting their own space while still vacationing together.

With direct Gulf access, this home is perfect for boating, fishing, scalloping, kayaking, and sunset cruises. Bring your boat and enjoy quick access to open water and nearby boat ramps.

After a day on the water, relax in the private hot tub, unwind in the shaded waterfront patio area, or gather together and enjoy the laid-back coastal atmosphere.

We fell in love with the laid-back coastal lifestyle, the boating community, and the incredible sunsets that make this area so special. Flats Landing was created to be a place where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, get out on the water, and make unforgettable memories together.

Whether you’re here for boating, fishing, scalloping, kayaking, or simply relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the sun, we hope you feel right at home during your stay.
