Set on a peaceful stretch of Quinton, this spacious retreat blends modern comfort with relaxed countryside charm—perfect for families, groups, and travelers seeking room to unwind. From the moment you step inside, the home feels bright, open, and thoughtfully designed for both gathering and privacy.

The sun‑filled living room sets the tone with two plush sectionals, a sleek electric fireplace, and a wall‑mounted Smart TV. Large windows and an airy layout create a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for movie nights, morning coffee, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring Central Virginia.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked hospitality closets which contain our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

In addition, please note that there is not guest access to the garage.

Nestled along a quiet stretch of countryside, our home offers a peaceful rural setting surrounded by open land, wooded pockets, and the relaxed pace Quinton is known for. Guests come here for space, privacy, and that easygoing “country retreat” feel while still being within reach of everyday conveniences.

Just minutes away, you’ll find local favorites like Jolene Family Winery, The Brookwoods Golf Club, and Pine Fork Park—perfect for wine tasting, a round of golf, or a simple afternoon outdoors. The area also features equestrian experiences, scenic drives, and charming small‑town stops that highlight the character of New Kent County.

This location sits comfortably between Richmond and Williamsburg, giving guests the best of both worlds: a quiet home base with quick access to historic sites, dining, and entertainment when they want to explore.

Private driveway parking is available for our guests, but note that it is shared among our 3 properties on the premises.

There is also a limited amount (2 spaces) of overflow parking available under the pavilion— first come, first serve. Please note that carport parking is located in front of the ping-pong table. Parking is at your own risk!

Getting around this area is simple and straightforward, but a car is strongly recommended due to the rural layout and wider distances between destinations. Airport Rd connects to lightly traveled country roads and Route 60, making it easy to reach wineries, golf, parks, and nearby towns without traffic congestion.

Public transportation is not available in this part of Quinton, so guests will rely on driving or using rideshare services when available. The roads are well‑maintained, easy to navigate, and offer a peaceful, scenic drive through open farmland and wooded stretches.

POTENTIAL NOISE: While the area is generally quiet, guests may occasionally hear a few natural and local sounds. A neighboring property has a horse that can be heard from time to time, and the home sits near a Food Lion and a busy roundabout, which may create light activity depending on the time of day. The New Kent County Airport is also nearby, though air traffic is minimal. During our time on-site, we haven’t experienced any notable noise, but we like to share these possibilities so guests know what to expect.

It is of significance to acknowledge that your current location is situated within a mountainous and/or rural environment. Consequently, it is anticipated that the prevalence of insects/wildlife will surpass what you may typically encounter. Please be cautious and alert to your surroundings- we are not liable for injury due to surrounding wildlife encounters.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
